When you look at the development and proportions of people like Bill Pearl, Reeves, Larry Scott and Park in particular, then consider there is little or no 'scientific support' it is astonishing.

These mass muppets freak me out. Yates - I don't care what you say he's disproportionate. Ruhl looks like a bad cartoon. Coleman was just a walking advertising hoarding and the hypocrisy of a copper doing more illegal drugs than the combined population of a major city is laughable. Best ever - Gaspari '88 - Mass enough but perfect proportions, shredded, vascularity, density, symmetry. A remarkable balance of size, strength and aesthetics.

don't try and get like the pro bodybuilders look when they go up on stage at competitions, cos its very unhealthy, basically what they do is, de-hydrate themselves and go on a complete crash diet fat burn in the weeks running up to the competition, thats why they are soooo ripped and theres not a shred of fat on them and no excess water under the skin
