There are a ton of kids like this around where I live. My mom let my cat out once and we could hear the neighbor kids yelling CAT CAT! and they started chasing her and scared her to death, so my mom went out there to yell at them, and a little girl said my mom hit her&I saw the whole thing, My mom didnt touch that little brat. They think just because they're little or underage they can do whatever they want. Kids aren't innocent just because they're kids. They're just as manipulative as adults.
