When you say it on operating satellites it just means you copy the satellite 59 but it does not mean the earth station comes 59 because you can not listen him directly, maybe we should not give any report...
I am not a specialist (I have only 10 QSO in my log), these videos have been done just to show how easy is to work satellite from my balcony with a homebrew arrow antenna.

Can you please explain what does is mean "You are 59..." many ham radio operators say it when operating satellites, on videos that I saw on you tube.
