  • the dude speaks the truth.

  • I don't remember Obama saying that....

Well lets face it he hasn't said that!

  • conservatives hate unions and the American workers.

    And they should.

  • @platipot the unions that have ruined american jobs due to outrageous demands and not willing to help the industry when they are in trouble? Helped forced most of manufacturing jobs overseas or just across the border, since unions want more money for less work.

Than the Unions have the guts to spending millions every year on political ads when their poorly managed pension funds are going belly up and than ask the government to save their pension funds. I can see why we hate unions.

  • CNBC is a republican television station as is Fox news and CNN, they compete for the same viewership, so you're a fool if you watch this crap and think you're getting a non biased perspective, I laugh at you. Home depot and other crap jobs like Walmart pay peanuts, without health care benefits, and also have a super high turnover rate, meaning they let 8 out of 10 people go within 3 months. He's suggesting a job at Home Depot is a good job which is laughable, minimum wage jobs are always hiring.

  • @jrice538 You are a fool for crying about the source, when the message is right in front of you and completely clear.

  • @jrice538 Yeah, what an idiot. After all, the real deal is sitting at home and collecting. Thanks to American democratic socialism (B.T.Y.B. Republicans AND Democrats) you now make out better living off other people who are foolish enough to work than if you bust A for minimum at Home Depot. This guy is a monster - he expects people to work for their money! If he were a real compassionate boss like Obama, he would put his company out of business by paying unskilled labor $30/hr.

  • @cloogerdude "...the old union trick..." You mean like when mine owners KILLED people for wanting to not die in their mines? Or like when business owners would pay children 10¢/day making shoes while they became rich? That 'demonizing trick'?

You conservatives hate unions and the American workers so much that you have forgotten what companies LEGALLY got away with before the unions. Unions aren't perfect, but at least they don't KILL PEOPLE just to make a profit. (BP, Halliburton, KBR, etc...)

  • @Mooknuc1 I am probably wasting my time replying, as I can tell by your response to my comment, that this will be lost on you and you wont have an answer. But, lets see if you can prove what you say. I challenge you to name 1, just 1, company or organization that became a monopoly on a free market.

  • "Yeah, feel sorry for me. I only make $20 million a year. Obama is being mean to me. Whine. Whine. Whine."

1 in 7 Americans is now living in poverty because of conservative economic policies... but don't blame the corporations who MADE BILLIONS while you went broke. Don't blame the CEOs who make MILLIONS even when the companies the run go bankrupt. Don't blame the CEOs who ship your jobs to India.

The richest of the rich whining about being called names? Boo FUCKING hoo!

  • Way to go

  • @cloogerdude Hey I'm on your side buddy. I am starting to understand your me first approach. You have that warrior mentality I admire. That can do spirit. I know if you were trapped in a bus full of kids in a snowstorm you'd be the last to go hungry. God bless you.

  • @cloogerdude Since you hate unions, I hope you hate white collar unions as well like the Council of Foriegn Relations, or CFR for short? Actually, you could even consider boards as being a form of white collar union. What, you think you shouldn't be able to organize and defend yourself from A-holes that organize to milk you for every thing you got? Don't the employees pay the employers taxes with labor? White collar globalists are the unions that will destroy our country and standard of life.

  • Preach it, brother! And tell the democrats to listen to him! The business of America is business ! (Calvin Coolidge)

  • Home depot was the first to install self checking out computers to do away with peoples jobs. They don't care about anybody but their own wealth.

  • @LightBliss Ah boo hoo! Customer convenience is bad. Damned advanced technology! That same evil technology that introduced electric refrigerators that eliminated the ice deliveryman's job and that evil advanced technology that allows for the creation of online DVD rentals and thus destroying the jobs of video rental store employees! And that evil advanced technology that this the Internet which allows for easier access to info thus destroying the newspaper biz! No more evil advanced technology!

  • @815141518 They are ELIMINATING jobs. They don't care about people, only profit. Besides, there's always one problem or another when you use the self-check-out, it never fails. I've seen it happen countless times.

  • @LightBliss You do realize, no profits = no company, = no jobs at all right ?

  • Obama is trash.

  • His just does'nt want to fork over more of his money...

  • @BlueDemonMex lol grammar fail

  • @lakehighland Thank you teacher 4 pointing out my mistakes...

  • Dr. Leonard Peikoff contends Obama is a narcissistic "egalitarian nihilist" who has "no long-range guiding values or theory of society," and thus he a manifestation of the form of Kantianism that gave us non-objective art, quantum mechanics, and progressive education.

  • Exactly! This CEO gets it! Mom & pop small business is a waste. The important thing is global outsourcing of materials from exploited 3rd world labor in order to drastically undercut any small annoying local shops. The you can create 300000 part time low paying jobs while appeasing your UAE & Chinese investors with huge labor cost cutting. This is the American dream and we can all share in a small slice of new global, one world marketplace. Hurray for selling out your country for cash!

  • In my town...Home Deport and Lowe's sit next to each other. I will be making the right and shopping at Lowe's.

  • Obama: "there comes a time when you've made enough money." LOL what a radial progressive leftist. He does not like america, thinks we should re-distribute and so on. And remember, Michelle "My Bell" said he being elected was the first time in HER LIFE she was proud of her country. What a pair they are.

  • @uzimodem Obama and other 'Radical Progressive Leftists': "(For example) Its better for the American economy when the CEO makes $1M and has 180 workers making $50k than it is to have the CEO making $8M and have 80 workers making 25k."

You and other 'Radical Regressive Conservatives': "Screw the American worker. The CEO makes $9M and then ship ALL those jobs oversees. Who cares how much THOSE PEOPLE over there make anyway? It's all about profit! The rich DESERVE that money!"

  • @kefluv :why dont you drag your dumb leftist ass to cuba and see how it is over there. They did exactly what you and Obumbles want to do. How many people have ever worked for a poor person? Libturds...what a bunch of complete and utter morons.

  • Thanks, I got a good "BS filter" after I followed the money trail all the way to its' unconstitutional, creation.

  • Summary;

Slave owners create jobs for slaves, therefore owning slaves is justified.

  • @dlucas90 well put. Good job of filtering the bullshit.

  • @dlucas90 And who's forcing you to work at a business? Was the decision not made voluntarily by yourself--as opposed to slavery which is forced upon people without their consent? If you don't like working for someone else then start your own damned business. Go head. I'm sure it'll be sooooo easier considering the amount of stupid and pointless regulations and taxes you'll have to endure.

  • @815141518 You make it sound as if those "stupid and pointless regulations" don't benifit corporate monopolies by preventiing mom a pop store competition. I didn't volunteer to be forced to participate in this fraudulent monetary system, which is always pushing taxes and inflation off onto the employee class and it doesn't mean I volunteered to be forced to compete agianst foriegn slaves that have no worker rights.

There is too much dirt on the glass ceiling to use your worn out argument.

  • @Mooknuc1 monopolies do not exist in the free market. They can only be formed with the help of the "state" Please learn some basic economics.

  • This is absurd. This guy is looking people in the eye and admiting he is evil and greedy under the guise of sarcasm. These companies and men who run them are evil and greedy. They operate like fascist governments and this guy is Stalin. Living it up while he watches people starve and thinking he's doing people favors by throwing them bones. We finnally have a gov for the people again but the people don't want it due to this kind of propaganda. Fucking egocentric America.

  • @boognishishere If you don't like working for someone else then start your own damned business. No one if forcing you to work somewhere without your consent. Go ahead.

  • @815141518 lol you dumbass trolls with your asinine assumptions. Go look up the word egocentric and work on overcoming you selfish attitude. I've read some of your comments and you are obviously a misguided. Just because I care about something doesn't mean it effects me directly. I would never work for a place like Home Depot or any company that takes advantage of it's employees. I am self employed, always have been and always will be. Go watch some more t.v..

  • anyone who agrees with this CEO needs to wake up. Sure Home Depot employs people but the majority of the people the company employs are under paid and treated like garbage. The federal government needs to grow some balls and raise the federal minimum wage to something that at least attempts to bridge the gap between wages and cost of living.

My sister worked for a co. like Home Depot for 10 years and what happened when the economy tanked? She lost her home. These companys are not doing right

  • @boognishishere you should fight your own fight. The mistake is asking the government to do it for you. As you already know the government will help those who help them. And that's usually the group with more money...ie corporations and unions.

  • @amaraustin I personally do not ask the government for anything. But unlike most voting Americans I am able to step outside my own shoes. I understand that Obama is not trying to create a socialized union he is just trying level the playing field. Some people work their asses off their whole lives and end up being homeless and dying on the street because of corporate greed. If I have to choose my loyalties, I choose my government over these fascist CEOs.

  • @boognishishere That is the point I was making. You make it seem as if the only choices are CEO's or the government. I say choose NEITHER!! Look at yourself and your surroundings and move forward with REAL PEOPLE that you KNOW. If you have an issue confront the individual(s) and resolve the problem peacefully. Law is violence. We need to move forward with our society. Create something new. Look at the past for mistakes and move FORWARD.

  • @amaraustin I am one of the lucky ones who was able to make that observation while still very young. Unfortunatly, like the majority of my family, most people feel trapped between the 2. My father is convinced that he has to depend on his social security to retire on. My sister put all her faith in a corperation and now she's bankrupt. The gov is the only way for people to organize on a large scale to make laws to limit these out of control corporations.

  • How can any patriotic American support progressive democrats or republicans ? Throw them all out people. New blood is needed where the country comes first. At least the Tea Party is cleaning out the republican party. What are the democrats doing to clean out progressives from their party ?

  • @RightWingTV yeah we should all go back to shooting our own food and throwing our shit in the streets. maybe we should bring back segregation as well? And start locking up homosexuals again. May as well bring back the draft too.

I agree. Fuck moving forward and making things better for everyone. Fuck those niggers, queers, the homeless, sick. We should get us a mob together and go lynch some people.

  • Lets get rid of all the rich people who create jobs! Screw those evil bastards. Obama will give us money!

  • If I loose my job, I get my last pay day along with (if I am lucky) my vacation days as I feel someones boot in my ass.

If a CEO of a corporation gets fired, they get an $11 million dollar paycheck and another job offer in less than a week.

I should be so lucky to ever see the kind of money they're getting for screwing up let alone doing what they are supposed to. Gathering wealth is not what you have done by the way, you have crawled over my back to get where you are.

  • This was the same scumbag who pulled ads from Politically Incorrect after Bill Maher told the truth about the "courage" of the 9/11 hijackers?

  • He is saying this because Obama doesn't want to extend his tax cuts. This has nothing to do with creating jobs.

  • @KornWasCool I don't know about that. Taking everything for face value the man is right.

Obama sits here and demonizes big corporate CEOs when they're responsible for providing alot of jobs...

So ya gotta kinda weigh the two here.

  • obama hates the free market, thats why hes trying to take it over. obama is trying to redistribute, regulate, tax, and destroy with every move he makes. he is a marxist who loves his Rules for Radicals.

  • Oh, now I get it! Exhorbitant profits are just a byproduct of every CEO's goodwill towards man. These people should be deemed saints.

  • Oblahblah don't know jack shit about Business or the economy. That is why the depression is deepening and going to last well past his administrations destructive policies !

  • I hate it when elite CEO's take credit for job creation, as if creating jobs was their goal instead of a side effect. In fact, since most people are fired or laid off by rich employers, you could just as stupidly argue that the rich employers are responsible for destroying jobs.

Jobs are created by customers. Period! If we sell our jobs overseas we will not have the jobs to be each other's customers.

Globalization is the problem, that is why my grandparents generation fought against it.

  • go home depot-- obama is a dismal failure and a marxist pig

  • I think this guy has pulled in about $10 million in 1 year as many of his workers are on food stamps & the last CEO of Home Depot got a severance package worth

close to a quarter billion dollars.

And he's probably one of the monsters who thinks no tax cuts for the lower & middle class unless the super-rich get BILLIONS IN TAX CUTS.

  • FACTS: In the last 10 years 65% and growing of the job creation and growth comes from Small Business, not corporations. TAX CUT TO SMALL BUSINESS, NO TAX CUTS TO BILLIONAIRES .... THEY DO NOT INVEST MONEY !!! THIS IS A FACT!!!

  • The guy in the video is clueless. Millions are out of home and jobs, poverty increased. 1 in 7 Americans are below poverty line. Companies are not hiring because they are getting more production from the few workers that are left, which is how profit is made. The best jobs for America was moved overseas in search of cheap labor, this is how profit is made. Again who gets the profit from cheap labor, from workers working more for less? The clown in the video isn't doing anyone a favor

  • @666brainiac "getting more production from the few workers", that's called progress. technical/mechanical. Many over the years have been replaced by machines. Then there was a push to hire new, younger unskilled workers with no training and just have a few others train them on the job. That gets rid of many that over the years has gotten the pay scale up. So with demands down the production will be down as well. I'll continue on some of the jobs that went over seas:

  • cont: you do know that GM has more plants over seas than here in the US. Those plant don't just assemble cars and trucks, but make all the products that are use to assemble the cars and trucks in the US. Once I found that out and then found that most of teh money that was used to bailout GM went to those plants over seas and not used on the plants here is the US. Welcome to Obama's 'redistribution of wealth', it wasn't to us, but to the cheap labor over seas.

  • @666brainiac

I guess he should fire everyone who works at HD and close up business then? How would that help jobs? His job is to make his company as efficient as possible to make the most money. More done with less resources is the definition of more efficient and guess what? That is progress.

And 1 in 7 are below poverty line? You do know that most of those people own a tv or three, own cars, cell phones. That isn't poverty. That is comfortable living.

  • Lowes is aweful! Lowes has and Ad running on tv here in Californiam that they are the only one selling Stainmaster Carpet. What a CROCK!! I go over to Home Depot, a block away, and they have Stainmaster Carpet..And its even cheaper than Lowes. Lowes sucks here in Calif. Walk into a home depot, it is packed with people. Walk into a Lowes here, and you can almost hear the crickets in the garden section. The store is Empty of people!

  • @SharkDude1 Bingo! I made the mistake of buying a product at Lowes for $20 only to discover that the exact same product was available at the HD for $9.99.

  • @SuperEnoughAlready

Maybe it's different where you live, but I only shop at Lowe's, and will happily pay more to do so (although in my town, Lowe's undercuts HD), simply because of the horrible treatment my aging father received from their associates. They did everything short of running from him when he needed assistance, something that has never happened at Lowe's.

Besides, I can take my dog into Lowe's with me, since they are not only human-friendly, but pet-friendly, as well.

  • fair business is not evil but unfair business really is and should be identified as evil and monstrous ! A cat should be called a cat !

  • I wonder how much it will cost Home Depot to send out their tax info to every small business that buys $600 or more a year in supplies from them. The healthcare bill will require every contractor or small business the file a 1099 for any materials bought over $600. Just think how many 1099s Sam or wall mart has to deal with or office max to you local plumbing supply. Massive paper work to the IRS.

  • Saying the republicans did it too is no excuse and its a terrible excuse too.

The deficits for 2001-2006 COMBINED do not equal the deficit for the first year under Obama.

  • @medlock01 what about all 4 years, you dumb fuck, your comparing 5 year span to a 1 year span, ROFL, you liberals will fucking justify anything for your evil and stupidity. no wonder satan lost against god with dumbass sheeple like you to work with.

  • @medlock01 FYI Also in the healthcare bill there will be a new tax to the federal government of 3.8% on real estate sales. So if you sell your home through an agent you'll pay the agent their 7% plus you'll now be required to pay the government a 3.8% sales tax. I can't wait to find out what is in the 2000 page finance bill no one read can you?

  • Home Depot is my new favorite store. From now on I'll only buy from Home Depot.

  • For now on I'm going to Home Depot instead of Lowes

  • Respect. We need more of this...

  • That was awesome.......

  • @GrandFunker - what was so awesome about it?

  • @ecoflame Maybe it's just me...but I get a hard on for the two things in this vid...

    1. The heavy sarcasm, and...

    2. The truth

  • @janpauwels What does that have to do jobs?

  • @janpauwels

Artificial, despite what you were told, Wall Street got stimulus money.

  • @janpauwels, Obama is just reinflating bubbles in housing, retirements, higher education, healthcare and the stock market. Obama is about stealing from the productive in society and giving it to the leeches, babyboomers who have always regarded prosperity as a birth right instead of something you have to work for, union workers, government employees, tenured professors, etc.

  • @janpauwels The children at Auschwitz were seen playing amidst all the horror and death that surrounded them.
