  • Oh, this scene is adorable! I recently saw this movie for the first time and I fell in love with it. This scene really does seem so natural!

  • This is really charming. Jean is great; so unforced and natural and funny.

    I wonder what the point is, though. Is Jean annoyed that the guy's socks are always baggy and falling down? I guess so. They didn't have stretchy socks for men yet in the early '30s, that would stay up by themselves.
