true free roaming dont make a game a combat sim. but dragon rising aint arcade in my opinion. call of duty is arcade in my opinion, id say dragon rising is a strategy game, not a combat sim. if you play infiltration with respawns restricted and no lag, it is as close to a combat sim as we've got right now.

No, the M1 still has a person loading. This is because of a belief that a person would actually yield a higher maximum rate of fire because autoloaders used to have to return the gun to a neutral elevation to load a round. A person, however, would not.

However, modern autoloaders are becoming better. I think the only reason why they don't use them now is because they would be too expensive to refit on the tank fleet.

Actually, Loader can be quicker. Challenger 2 doesnt have a auto loader, and can achieve high rates of fire. Also Autoloaders can malfunction...
