@blackdevilb No, it's to use a poorly balance between DPS and healers to take advantage of the encounter mechanics. Making the hearth face affecting how many abilites the boss is able to do to reduse deaths. Of course any good raid group will be able to counter this other ways but when you have more DPS than you would normaly bring then this could result more stable damage incomes for the raiders and make you able to complete the encounter without all the healers you would normaly need.

The place where he tankis it isnt very good since then will get adds from all four piles in each corner off the room, if you tank it at the side of the room you will only get adds from 2 piles and that makes it easier to nuke boss and not that many adds to kill

Actually no you cannot they will still spawn adds. his positioning was perfect.

When i wrote my comment about the positioning he was unable to spawn adds from two of the piles if you tanked him at the side, but that has been fixed so now they spawn from all four of them.

if you tank him between the junk piles on the left side in 25m it will actually make those two piles unable to spawn adds so ur entire raid only needs to focus on two corners and u get more dps time on the heart

I'd say it looks like he's using Pitbull for the bars, just removed the 3D player icon and other information that's on them by default.

wat we found was that we were burning the heart way too fast, and the 2nd phase came too closely to each other. This caused too many adds still up after the second phase, quickly overwhelming our hunters and other range dps.

wat we do now is we dps it to about 53% after first heart phase and have all dps go on adds before returning to boss, so we get no adds in the beginning of the second heart phase and all dps burn him down.

If your raid is having trouble with healing, we found that because the Tantrum is a % of health attack and not a specific damage attack, removing all stam buffs, and using wisdom or might instead of kings greatly increased our chance of survival because they healers didn't have to heal as much because your health pool 120% would be lowered, meaning less healing to keep people alive is required.

On both 10 and 25 man, there is an option on all the bosses to activate the hard mode, such as killing XT's heart or pushing the big red button on mimiron
