good job! I was thinking of doing a vawt-powered pond pump and envisaged something almost exactly like this! the perspex end plates on the pump are a great idea. Have you tested how high a head the pump can lift?
The blades should be backward swept, both pump and impeller are going anticlockwise. When the video zooms in it looks like the pump is going clockwise, which is is not, something to do with the fps of the camera, i suppose?
How high can this pump water? Ie; from a 10 foot deep well to a tank located 6 foot off the ground...?

@perryemmanuel This was just an experimental project, the rpm needs to be high, for your application i would use a diaphragm pump.

I think the blades in your water pump are backwards.
