  • Sephardim here thank you Yasmin!

  • we (Persian=Iranian) love you.

  • What an amazing song!!

  • I can not explain how I feel whenever I listen to this song .. simply beautiful...

  • Wow. Es primera vez que escucho su musica & I loved it. I searched it because we have the same name and never did I expect to find such music. I truely love her music!!!! <3

  • *****

  • Lovely! the best ever!

  • music has no borders

    I have no place

    I have no homeland.

With my cold fingers I make a fire

  • this is a song composed in1992 by DIONYSIOS TSAKNIS.This song was primaly released by GEORGE KATSARIS.The title is 'to tragoudi ton gyfton' or 'the song of gipsies'.In greek says balamos(the white greek man). Also is the music theme in the spanish movie'VENGO'.Γεια χαρα...

  • Comment removed

  • @crossmiller

This is not a song composed by Tsaknis. This is an original song from the Spanish Gypsy tradition he "took".

Also balamos is clearly a corruption of the genuine song title.

  • my heart cries with this song, my last girl loved that song and she always cried when she listened it. I love "naci en alamo" but i have bad dreams, experiences and pictures in my mind. In the other side i love that sonds cause it is music of my soul, i feel pain but it is natural and i know that it won't come back... cause of me

  • süper sessss

  • perfection

  • il fenomeno!

  • actually, it's been argued that 'alamo' is actually 'naci en el amor' - that's to say, that the gypsies and other travelling folk are born in love not in one particular country. Check out this link for where I came across this view google eleni karaindrou and lyrics for no tengo lugar.

It is also sang by a Eleni Vitali (Greek of Romani background) search for Eleni Vitali 'Balamo'.

  • This is a song composed by Dionisis Tsaknis, a gipsy greek. You d'ont think you own all gipsys, do you? The song tells about Alamo, in Grece.

  • Beautiful song

  • beautiful!!

  • i herd the first song in 2008 and i loved this kind of music

  • gelde gör halimi gelde gör neler çektiğimi yasmin ve sen öldürdünüz herşeyi

  • Nice song. The original song is "Nací en el amor" though ("I was born of love").

"Nací en Alamo" doesn't make much sense in Spanish. "Alamo" could be a forest, but here it's rather the gitano pronunciation for "el amor".

She could have made sure of what she was singing before making this song famous.

  • @sabato45 Alamo is a PLACE. The song makes perfect sense.

  • @sabato45 You could hae made sure you are right before writting your comment.

The song is called "Nací en Alamo". There are several versions of the same song and is always Alamo.

    Perhaps is ladino

  • exw pathei plaka....

  • ..que voz! Besitos pa a todo Tenerife!!!

  • beautiful beautiful beautiful i love yasmin

  • It always amazes me how many miserable, disgusting anti-Semites find it necessary to broadcast their irrational, racist views on youtube of all places. To all people who hate Jews: go elsewhere to spread your filth.

  • @oas12 You go tell the jooos to stop spreading their nazi-occupation and their apartheids-wall, filthy jew, and then you can try to talk while truth sticks like a knife in your throat.

Antisemitism is a disease. You catch it from Jews. --Edgar J Steele

  • @yamejanakaratoprak

You must have nothing else to do than to sit around and spread anitsemitism> I am a jew and i am damn proud of it. All your stupid genocide ideas never worked and history's proven that. we;re still here and still alive and still strong after thousands of years!! GO JEWS!

  • @queeneggplant Jews dont have pride, you sycophantic wandering jew. You have been thieves, prostitutes, moneylenders and usurers ever since you crucified Christ, you little black worm in the hearts of normal people. GO Jews! --yes, in the fires of human justice you will go time and time again until WE make normal human beings out of you, you hidden worm of a jew-parasite.

  • @yamejanakaratoprak - You know, the best way to know a nazi fuck such as your self, is listen to the words you try to say " you killed crist....." phhhh first jesus was a jew, secon he was not a smart one, but not stupid as you are & prob' your fat mama as well.

hey ass hole if you want you are more then wellcome to come here to my country & say it face to face, i give you my word that after that - jesus himself will give you the answers

    crazy mf!

  • @erezhal You have no country, jew. The land is and belongs to the Palestinians, you fake aske-NAZI- jew. Coming after WWII, brainwashed by the wings of Hitler to become a nazi yourself, you eastern-european kazakhjew, by doing to the Palestinians what they taught you in the concentration camps, like the inferior dogs that you are. Der gute Herr A. hatte recht.

  • @yamejanakaratoprak at first go and learn history ya shit face, there is no such thing as palestinian, they are all arabs from jorden & syria est.. they came here (most of themer to work for the british and the jews, only for money the toilet you call al aqtsa was built by muslim upon the jewish holy temple ( since then all you do is take by force things from other and claim it is yours - as the thifes you all are)

  • @erezhal also tell muhamad to come and tacku hcara fi el tizi

we will be here forever, long after you all gone...

thank you yame-zibi you wormshit now all of the world know how ahabal you are

  • @yamejanakaratoprak that was the most poor expl' to put this tow together..

zionisem those not say jews are the master race, it saing - jews need to return back to theme home land the land of israel from the bible, because in europe asia, north africa the jews had a bad times with all of the non jews

by the way in the bible (which belong to the jews) it is writen: every generation AMAleq to israel (amaleq it is those hateful fuck such as yourself or nazis...) its also says they all will be dead!

  • @erzh Many are beginning to believe that Israel is the Beast of Revelations. Even their flag sports a satanic symbol, six points, six lines, and a six sided hexagon. 666.We know that they have been forbidden by God to establish a nation state. In defiance of this divine ruling, satan has encouraged the zionist to worship him. This was described by Christ in Revelations as the 'Synagogue of Satan'. Knowing they tricked the US into Iraq and now try for Iran,it becomes easy to understand their motives

  • @yamejanakaratoprak ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha how dump a man can be, you realy don't know history do you?

    anyways, go fuck yourself

  • @erezhal THERE WAS NO ISRAEL PRIOR TO THE 1948 OCCUPATION OF PALESTINE LAND.

The U.S. funneled into the Israeli economy over 130 billion dollars, which is almost twice the amount devoted to rebuilding the whole of Western Europe after WW II! Germany gave israHell up to 200 billion in compensation, 12 billion in 1948 when they exported the jews and the jews in gratitude continued germany's worst exportproduct, a racist society with a nazi-occupation of the Palestinians.

  • @yamejanakaratoprak this is what happened when you born an Arab.

you are believe to all the shit in the world they telling you only because you are educated ape. remember god create the world with words, all the bad words & things you say here will bite you in the ass in the last day.

we the jews are the Superior race while all the arabs are the minor race the shit of the worms - by the way that is why we lock theme behind a wall (this is the zoo wall, we do not want the monkey turn loose)/

  • @erezhal Thats ok, worm. I know what you are. Now the rest of the world can see it for themselves. Zionism= WWIII Nazism.

  • @yamejanakaratoprak if yoe are an arab you probably understand that:

Arabi chyir Hada Arabi tahct El Ard, Saba'in miter tahct El ard!!!

  • @yamejanakaratoprak filthy jew? ha ha ha ha ha where did you came from 1943?

ha ha ha, funny thing that a stinky arab or somthing telling me i have a smell hhhhhhhh by the way how is your friends from gaza? still hungry? ha ha ha

soon you all be dead " el nekamot adonai shpoch hcamathca al ha goim "

  • @erezhal Antisemitism is a disease. You catch it from Jews. --Edgar J Steele

  • @yamejanakaratoprak wow what poet, ask edgar how does it feel to be in the grave"

jews are adisease " so are you so are your ugly fat cow mother, your father the pig, your sister the hore la putana. but you do not hear me writing a "poem" about it.

listen looser, from now on, my advise to you is move to some place else, holand is not safe for you any longer, we are on the way...

  • @yamejanakaratoprak Dude, protip? Only a loony of the first water actually takes the time to type out "hahahahaha"... Seriously, imagining you doing some sort of Evil Villain laugh in your bedroom or whatever just makes everything you say sound funny, so it's very difficult to take any of it seriously.

"You shall never escape, Batman! And when I've killed you and Robin, then I shall rule the world! MWAHAHAHA!"

  • @CrownedWithLaurels Dont knock it, Riddler. You know what I mean.

  • @yamejanakaratoprak Heh you're an odd fish aren't you. But now I'd like to ask you, with all the respect in the world for your right to hold whatever opinions you see fit, please couldn't you take your political debate somewhere else? There are lots of places for it, after all. People are coming here to listen to *music*, you see. I'm not trying to tell you what to do, but if you could, just out of simple courtesy, I'd really appreciate it.

  • @CrownedWithLaurels

  • @CrownedWithLaurels

Surely there are politics raised in namy many pieces of music and songs - and comment and opinions regarding this are totally legitimate

  • @account5710 I'm sorry, but I don't think you checked the comment I was replying to. It was Nazi rhetoric going on about how "filthy jews" are a "disease". I was trying to be polite to the poster of that comment so I didn't start a flame war, but his comments were NOT legitimate in any context.

  • This is not the original of this song; the original is by Remedios Silva Pisa. If they steal your land, they will definitely steal a song.

  • thnx for the up imHrocker not only shes beautiful she also sings so well excellent version...children lets try to get along its music not a political forum why so much hate..regards from a greek canadian

  • @Ouzotime Hey greek, this is what the jews do; there is no ouzo; ouzo never existed; only RAKI exists and your ouzo will be distilled into raki.

  • @yamejanakaratoprak stop spreading hate if u dont like her singing dont listen to it simple...

  • @Ouzotime You go tell the jooos to stop spreading their nazi-occupation and their apartheids-wall, greek, and then you can try to be just and popular.

  • @yamejanakaratoprak - God is watching you, believe me my friend. Instead of 70 virgins and eternal life in heaven - all you find there is heart of darkness - and lucky us - wonderful Yasmin continue singing for all sane humans on this earth.

  • Can you guys believe that she held a concert in a school near my home without my knowledge?! If I knew that she was helding a private concert for the students I would have stormed the place! I'm so sad about this :(((

  • J'aime aussi beaucoup cette version....

  • Soy judio. Mi pátria? No tengo pátria. No tengo lugar.

    Saludos eternos.

  • tengo saudade

  • Petsy2006 you keep saying over and over about the origin of this song...How sure are you about that?

Not that it really matters, but since you mentioned it so many times...

My sources have it, not as Safardic song but as a Gypsy one!

  • Is it possible that for those of us with Sephardic origins that we carry within us even after so many centuries a sense of loss that this music embraces.

  • @sephardyguy1 absolutely.

  • Hermoso, cheveere

  • woww beautifulll

  • Sorry, our culture has nothing to do with greek. Our people was saved by the ottomans from the spanish katholic inquisision:the Ottomans brought us into the boarders of the empire to protect us.Saloniki was a town in the empire. This help is one of the reasons why Israel and Turkey are so close now

  • @paxottomania. I´m from the south of Spain...where Al Andalus existed and the three cultures...Jewish Muslims and Christian lived together for centuries until the disgrace took place.I´m a flamenco guitar player and our music is full of remembrances and echoes of sefardi culture. Our soul is still crying full of tears for that lose. This song belong to that music ...

  • @HJF091173 Ya salaaaaaaaaaam !!

  • @HJF091173 how beautiful music you guys have...how nice music you guys have...it is my dream to learn flamenco but i heavn t got any chance to learn flamenco...think how lucky you guys....greeting from turkey...

  • @paxottomania In Yasmi´s voice it sounds as if she never was gone...Because we feel you as a part of our culture. The lost was as much your as us, because we feel proud of you. We still feel that something was stealing to us. Flamenco music was born in the contact of gipsy people with the poor people of the south of Spain. Kind of fulled themusical gap your people left when departure. We feel proud of you...

  • @paxottomania God bless you all...and also the people who take care of your ancestors...

  • @HJF091173 God bless you, too! The most beautifull things in the world are created when people love each other.Shalom for you and all human kinds
