Look up Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution.

It clearly states the federal government's powers, and the 10th amendment grants the states all powers the federal government isn't gien in Article 1 Section 8, and powers the Constitution says the states cannot have.

Therefore, it is unconstitutional for the federal government to make a health care bill. There are many other unconstitutional programs/laws the federal government has passed, and they need to stop.
