@jackhateya Yes, absolutely. I felt pretty sick on Sunday, and considered not going to the rally. Then I reminded myself that each person there makes the cause stronger, and that these poor pooches who spend their lives in Puppy Farm Misery feel worse than I do....so I went. And I learned that rather than just sign the online petition, send a hand written letter to the ministers.

Just wrote (handwritten letter) to the Premier, Ted Baillieu. One down two to go, I need to write to Julia Gillard and my local member of Parliament.

Hey Cteeal, we can take heart in knowing that so many people disagree with this shameful operation...even if they couldn't be there, and that they might not have to join us next year (here's hoping something will be done before then). I loved seeing everyone out there and using their day to be the voice of those creatures who cannot speak for themselves.
