Tina Turner is, in my humble opinion, the most talented female performer ever.

Not the most technical singer but she's always on key, can sing through a cold, can dance and sing and not be out of breath (suck it pop stars.) She's always taken risks in terms of her costumes/hair/make up and she's not been given the tribute she deserves.

She is so well respected by her peers but the music "industry" ignores her because she doesn't sell records like the teenyboppers. Thumbs up if you agree.

At her age, I'm a little supprised she is dancing around like that in those spike heels. I don't know that I could do that. Dance like that yes, but with those heels on, I don't know. She is indeed an amazing artist. Still going strong. One regrete I have is that when she was playing in LA (Cyndi Lauper was opening). I wanted to go, but didn't have anyone to go with me. I was afraid to go on my own, but I could have gotten back stage passes to meet both Cyndi and Tina. My regrete to this day,

one of the most mesmerizing events of my life was seeing Tina Turner perform live in concert this year, what a privilege! A lovely, beautiful lady and an excellent live performer. It was also the first concert I'd ever been to! I was also one of the youngest in there, but what the hell!! She's an icon.
