I love your videos, the only thing that bothers me is how bright the light is that you use, I can't really see the colors until the end of the video when you put up pictures. I also can't see what color shadow your showing me when you hold it up to the camera. If you could just dim the light down a tad that would be awesome. :-D Other then that I love your videos, i have the same skin-tone as yourself and I love your ideas.

- yes, white makes bright colors stand out more

-patting on your eyeshadow, makes the color apply more densely instead of sweeping. when you sweep color on it appears as more as a wash. also, patting prevents fall out.

Sweeping the eye shadow blends it more by patting it on u pack it on making it more intense. She used the Stila eye Kajal (kohl) as a based it was white.

The white base if for the yellow to stand out more if she didnt it would have taken longer to get that color. she is patting the eyeshadow because you get less fall out and it gets more product to the eye

Yes, I added the white base to make the yellow stand out more. Also, the consistency of the eyeliner is sticker than most primers, which also helps the color to stand out. And the patting was done for the same reason. Sweeping does exactly that. It sweeps the color away. Patting, on the other hand, places the color exactly where you want it and leaves it there. Makes it show up better. Sweeping is your enemy!
