I just got the skull on 1 player all i had to do was kill my teammates kill all the annoying ghost killed only 1 WRATH not 2 and the skull appeared ontop of the circular pillar and i got to ghost ontop of each other and hopped ontop of it XD

To get this skull, you can destroy the Anti-Air Wraith, but not the other one. Park a warthog next to the cylindrical structure. Jump on top of the warthog and onto the top. If you're still having trouble, just deploy a deployable cover (if you have one) on the warthog and jump on that.

another way to do it is to pile 2 ghosts on top of each other and put a deployable cover ontop of them,,,get ontop of the deployable cover then jump onto the building

I've got the skull now. if you complete the campaign on normal, kill the ghosts and the aa wraith, as well as the normal wraith's gunner it will stay. You don't have to kill the gunner but he will sometimes shoot you as you try to get up. I find grenade jumping impossible so I park a warthog on top of 2 ghosts.

ok. you have to beat the game on normal + or it will not be there. dont kill the wraith. you can kill the ghost and the AA wrait. you need to pull up a hog and croutch jump. hope this helped ya.this is a fun one to play with too imo the best skull.

I can't even grenade jump without killing myself. I went on co-op, normal difficulty, killed the ghosts, left the wraiths, got my mate to crouch on top of the hog then I jumped onto my mate then onto the silo- then it wasnt there! I was so angry I could've crushed a grape

to get the skull play the level as normal until , u reach the top of the tower where the canon is. from here you can see the skull with your binocs.

try doing it on Co-op. I do it with people all the time and its always there for me. Just run thru the whole level and dont kill anything except the grunts and brutes in the hallway by the ghost. Also make sure to open all the little  doors to let the warthog thru. If you need help getting it send me a friend request:

U dont need to kill anything. I just ran thru the level, killed the enemies in the hallway by the ghost, and boosted around the back where the skull is with the ghost. I'm starting to think it is time related.

mongoose? Its right at the beginning of the level where there is only 2 ghosts parked at the entrance to outside. I think you are at the second one by the scarab. There is no mongoose that I recall.

ok i just confirmed how to get this skull. 3 steps. 1. Beat the game on Normal +. 2. Get to level The Storm and do not kill any wraiths i repeat NO KILLING WRAITHS!. and finally 3. get to the top of the cylinder shaped whatever and it should be there. btw check if its there by using the sniper rifle otherwise you might waste alot of time killing ghosts.

I FOUND HOW TO GET IT!!! okay, i have been trying this for the past 4 days and i never got it and i didnt do cortana on normal so i just completed cortana on normal about a half hour ago and then i got 165g for completing that level on normal and completing campaign on normal, then i played the storm up to the first AA wraith and killed all the ghosts and shot the gunner in the AA wraith then i 'nade jumped to the top of the silo thing and there it was

If you play the level from the beginning and don't kill the blue wraith, the skull WILL be there! Watch yourself play the level in theatre mode and you'll see the skull disappear when you/your team mates kill the blue wraith.

to get the catch skull on halo 3 destroy the anti air wraith, you dont have to kill the ghosts, but you can if u wanna, but you cant kill the blue wraith or it stuffs up, after you destroy anti air go onto the silo tower and get the skull. it works.
