They used pre-recorded live vocals to give off the illusion of her really singing. She does come in and start singing over top of the track at 3:09

i don tthink its live during the soundcheck when she goes to a venue she records the a real live version at the stadium and then later uses it during the concert so it is live but its not live at the moment. its shame becuz she can sing live but the dance steps would make it impossible to sing like this. im guessing when she was recording this she was just standing...
