YES!! I'm so glad you created this. I have listened to the audiobook, which is very, very well narrarated BUT the part where she sings this song is quite bad. So I came online hoping someone had done a better version of it. This is great! I'm so glad you did this & you've done an excellent job.

That's why I wrote this, the versions I was hearing really didn't try to get all of the elements of the song. it hast to be a song that would be loved by adults and children, and be passed down from generation to generation, while still being haunting. i love these words, and I'm glad you think I've done it justice :) Haha, I'm glad you like my voice as well ^.^

@mdb477 um, I never wrote sheet music for this, but I do have the instrumental version up as a response. It's not a complected melody, but I just don't know how to write it. You should be able to play by ear, and if not, I can try to at least come up with the notes i played for you. I'm really glad that you actually want to play it though ^.^
