So sad..they haven't learned...another elder scrolls game that's desolate and empty. Where the hell is all the life in Skyrim? You walk into a keep and you see 4 people...4 PEOPLE! I can't wait till someone releases a mod that adds more NPC characters and more life to the towns. I want to walk into a busy tavern with people eating, talking, and drinking.

@LordTyrannus Well that's because everybody is bloody outside running al around shouting Dragon! Dragon! But beforehand i killed it , so don;t know what's all the fuzz about in Whiterun

Not from what I have seen. Cities should be crowded with people, especially major cities. It looks like everyone is on vacation...lol

Nah bro I've been playing the game for a long time now. The NPC population is laughable. There should be merchants going in an out of the city, tons of people talking and walking around the city as you would expect in a capital. There was a mod for Oblivion that did exactly that..I can't wait for someone to release it.
