I think it could be possible, bc you wouldn't travel through a worm hole like that green ball did, rather on the surface. In this depiction of space-time we actually exist on the surface part of the model. So if the wormhole were too narrow we'd run into ourselves?... hmm weird

The gravity needed to travel fast than light (wich is the point of worm holes) is massive. It violates the Light Speed limitation and doesn't seem possible in the slightest. It predicted the existence of black holes, and it predicts the space shuttles will shoot right up to the ISS and not into deep space. Besides, even if you saw it, you wouldn't know what it was until it was described with physics, which includes math. The reason we even "see" black holes, is because we are able to see the radiation we predicted it would emit. I'd put more faith on math and science that even my sight.
