  • Love the way she coughs over the food

  • jokes aside theres a much easier way to cut onion. You trim the top stalk off and also the bottom, then chop it in half through the center. you can then peel the skin off.

  • I find the smiley face at 0:10 extremely offensive

  • Love the FF music

  • nc background music FF VII ^^

  • FINAL FANTASY THEME!!!!!

  • Its the next Julie Child!

  • This and some basmati rice and you're good to go! Or even better would be a rice medley (4 or 5 rice mixture) which I use quite often.

  • I have the same problem when cooking spicy food- one set of coughing in the kitchen

  • Hi Jemeela. Great advice! I just posted a video response of a healthy vegan cinnamon lime chickpea recipe I put together recently. Kind of a unique way to use chickpeas.

  • Hello again, Jemeela! I made this today and it was good! Simple, easy, and tasty, just how I like it! ;) Delicious with coriander leaves. Thank you again for the great recipe! :D

  • Hello Jemeela! I really enjoy your video and presentation. I love chickpeas and this is so simple and easy. Thank you for sharing this recipe. I will try it soon! :)

  • I would say that if you spell Chickpea correctly, people who can spell will be able to find your recipe easier. I found this completely by accident.

  • I have used a normal liquid oil and it tastes ok (maybe it's just a bit more oily), ive also added some Tabasco sauce and some salt, tastes really nice.

  • Same recipe, but add chicken with it. It's really good!.

  • I thought she woulda eat out all de channa b4 it done!

  • does anyone recomend anything other than spray oil...because it contains alcohol..

    thanks

  • i love the shows! my family is guyanese but moved to USA now where they work so much. im teaching myself how to cook Guyanese fud!

  • Fry Light is a sunflower oil that can be sprayed.

Fry Light, which is available in 250ml bottles for £1.84, is described as being extremely economical, apparently replacing up to 7 litres of normal sunflower oil. The pump action spray, which works on pure air, does enable you to easily control the amount used and count your calories (1 calorie per spray) if dieting.

  • This spray oil can be used in place of normal cooking oil for almost anything, for example; spray lightly onto potatoes for roasting, instead of drowning them in oil; spray over oven cooked chips; a few sprays onto a wok should be perfect for a stir fry; grease baking trays and tins, without the mess; use as a light salad dressing, tossing as usual; not to mention using it for pancakes, omelettes, Yorkshire puddings, preventing cooked pasta from sticking etc.

  • @Whiptail401 How do you not know what spray oil is?

  • Great recipe. Funny video. 5 Stars for saying the word HAWT(hot).

  • Does anyone know the name of the red pepper sauce? It looks like HOT SAUCE, thats what we call it in America.

  • It's called ''Hot Pepper'' and it's by the company Encona. Any hot pepper will do though. :)

  • Wow, Final Fantasy.....lmao. The part where she kept testing to see if it was done was killing me, She had a Bobby Flay moment(he's always eating up the food mid way)LOL

  • It look very good... I try to learn cooking..I find inspiration on the net..But -people only say about cooking and I don´t speak English well, so I somethimes don´t understand:D

    What a great idea!

  • thanks for wounderfull tips and cooking

  • i tried making chole the other day. i wonder if you could help me.

i used raw chickpeas instead that i soaked for aout 12 hours.

i then went through the same process as you have in this recipe. but the chickpeas absolutely refused to cook, and never stopped being hard and raw, even though i carried on cooking for a few hours, adding water didnt even help.

    lovely video

  • Cook the raw chick peas in a pressure cooker before using them in the recipe. That will help.

  • thank you --for the tins are so much easer which is how i like to cook nothing too fancy but still tase good and easy to do

  • im hungry

  • try eating====my food
