I still remember when i 1st started stalker which was like a less then a year ago lol i 1st started with C.O.P and they just threw me in a map and i had no idea what 2 do then the 1st mutant i ran in2 was a bloodsucker no matter how much i shot at it it was not dying DX i got into this game right away i was ADDICTED 2 it.I always have problems with the weight limit cuz i want everything XD i mostly go crazy getting artifacts cuz they give me alot of money and im the type that likes saving cash.

A agreed about that there isnt many bugs in the game. But there isnt much movement going on in the game so i think thats why. The only bug ive seen is spawing dogs in the Head Quarters. inside the ship or the scientist bulding. Luckily nothing is allowed to attack in those areas.

Sounds like a problem with steam. Make sure the game is not running in Task Manager, look in Proccesses and look for XRAY1.6 or something XDRAY, it might be SCOP also. Just end the proccess and try again.

I tested the "Stalker: Call of Pripyat Benchmark" today, and the graphics are sweet! With all maxed out it lagged, a lot! But with all max except from SSAO (wich in my opinion doesn't do a single shit), and MSAA in almost max, it did some pretty good FPS. I really want this game, and i think im going to buy it.

What the fuck is wrong with gamers today? It's all about how good a game looks, instead of how well it plays.

Stalker is a fucking badass game. What it lacks in it's graphics it takes back in atmosphere and in size. Also the shooting mechanics are a lot deeper than in any other FPS I've ever played.

Do yourself a favor and stop playing games for their graphics. Try the original Fallout for example and immerse yourself in the best post-apocalyptic experience ever.

Im doing my 2nd run through of Master now. Ive done 1 Easy 1 Stalker 1 Master. By far Master is the best. Some missions are near impossible like retrieving the artifact from the boat, i hate the damn ambush.

I realy know what you mean, atleast, it is very difficult if you play it as one of your first missions, like i presume you n me did, i usualy fire a burst of ak fire into the first one, lob a grenade into the shed where the second one is, then run around the corner trying to gun down the last one.

if i am lucky, the shed dude is dead, if not... cover time :p
