  • @turelsut1 Canon in D by Johann Pachebel :)

  • I received a beautiful piece of typed-letter, hand-carried by nuns back from Mother in India, while I was living and working at her Missionary of Charity- Gift of Peace in Washington,DC in the Nineties. I told her that I probably got contracted TB while working there, and taking care of homeless sick folks, and she told me - as Christ died for us, we should work for humanity till we die.

  • Mother Teresa was so beautiful and wise. And she looks so happy in her pictures, probably because she loved so much.

  • "I love you when you bow in your mosque, kneel in your temple, pray in your church. For you and I are sons of one religion, and it is the spirit."~Kahlil Gibran

  • She was a great servant of God. One offer help and give offerings to the needy, but she was the help for the lost, sick, lepers, poor and forgotten....and she was the offer..herself to serve the needy, sick, homeless and dying. What an amazing person...a great example of a selfless act for your brothers and sisters, spread the love...

  • Beautiful! Thank you for sharing.

  • The song isnt of George Winston... Who plays this song? Its important to me know who plays it !!!!

  • Mother Teresa's capacity to love and serve without taking hardly a rest for herself came from the great interior love she had for Jesus Christ. Though she often was without the personally comforting feelings we associate with religious faith, she knew her Lord's love and power superceded her own feelings. I have read "Come Be My Light", it is an amazing and wonderful collection of her writings. Love has no greater than this, that a Man lay down His life for His friends.

  • A tree is known by its fruit; a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost; he who sows courtesy reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love

  • She said it all. Don´t forget to smile

  • I Believe in God, well there's nothing harm if we just believe, I don't care If it's fiction theres nothing wrong in believing. I don't care If His kingdom does not exist nor His promises of eternal life, theres no harm in believing. I am just one of the testimonies that a persons faith has a capability to save and protect lives. If ever I can't be molded to be as a good citizen on this land, then my faith is useless. see the advantages and disadvantages?

  • For the non Christian believers, I respect your opinions but I want you to know that you should respect everyone so we can have peace. I see you as my brothers and no one can ever break our brotherhood whether who, what your status is. Just take good care of yourself and if you know that you are right, then fight for it. Mother Teresa, Blessed pope John paul II and specially Jesus are my Inspiration and I want to share to you the best words I have ever heard. :)

  • @ArchonMist Love and compassion do not need any religion. It itself is a religion.

  • @subh1 yes indeed my friend. :)

  • @subh1 Yes, and you can call it Christianity or not, you can call love “God” or something else. The only way through life is let love flows through us, like a river. Our past wrongdoings are forgiven because of this love. Our job is to stay connected to this love, and this love will be so powerful that we have the powerful to defeat evilness.

  • @ArchonMist I'm an atheist and I admire Mother Teresa so much! Not for her beliefs in religion but for what she believes in when it comes to humanity. As subh1 said, love and compassion are one religion. She inspires me to be a better person. :)

  • @ArchonMist Is it fair for us non-Christian believers to respect you guys with the same respect that you treat your slaves, the homosexuals, the Amalek, the rebellious children, the ones who work on the Sabbath, the raped women, the poor, the unfortunate, the diseased African children with HIV and families exceeding 10 children, the aborted children who went to hell, the Midianite women or the Jews? What type of respect do you most want? U mad?

  • I was stilled watching this... so heart touching...

  • The "history of Christianity" - heretic154 -- I don't recall the priesthood mentioned in the New Testament. I don't recall the apostles calling Christians to worship a piece of bread. I don't recall Peter asking the church to recognize him as Pope. I don't recall the apostles saying we must be Baptized in order to receive salvation or that one must go to a priest for Penance to be saved. I don't remember the apostles saying Rome was the "sole Church of Christ." I can go on and on...

  • One of my favourite videos when I'm going through a rough time <3

    Thank you, so much.

  • I'm a graduate of the oldest protestant woman university in Japan.

There must be so many views on each faith, I guess.

But that I can say is now Mother Teresa's words actualy give the hope and the light to me...

Hoping the peaceful life on you all...from Japan

  • @xxfoxycocoxx Be strong my friend, I know that Japan is going through tough times right now, but I'm praying and hoping that you will progress as what you have given inspirations to all nation on how your beloved country developed and produced.

  • "it is important that everyone is seen as equal before God" - Mother Teresa -- I guess this is why Rome claims "God...manifested himself in some way to the followers of other religious traditions."[48] (Dialogue and Proclamation) [lie from Hell] --"we should help a Hindu become a better Hindu, a Muslim become a better Muslim." This is why Rome, in its Catechism, says Muslims are part of the "plan of salvation... in the first place." (CCC 841) [lie from Hell again. She's was no saint. SNTR

  • @stinkygeorgia1 says you! let me guess, you are a noncatholic who thinks you

are smart enough to judge catholics. Am I right?

  • @TheNonjudgemental - If you claim to be a follower of Christ yet believe in the error of Rome, you will be challenged and exposed.

  • @stinkygeorgia1 You people challenge us everyday, and we are still right.

I am talking about individuals. You judge on a human level. God judges

    from the heart.

  • @TheNonjudgemental - So, you hold Mother Teresa's view: "it is important that everyone is seen as equal before God," by [helping] a Hindu become a better Hindu, a Muslim become a better Muslim, a Catholic become a better Catholic." Yes, Rome is the "Mother of Harlots."

  • @stinkygeorgia1 begone satan!

  • @stinkygeorgia1 I don't know about any of this. I am and always will be proud to

be a catholic. God judges from the heart. We are often born into our faiths.

I was raised to follow Jesus, not the priests.(including corrupt bishops, popes,

etc) and certainly not to judge anyone.

  • @ILOVEJESUS556 - Do you agree with this statement made by Mother Teresa? I was baptized into the Catholic Church. Was I saved during that baptism - as an infant! No, I was not saved. Faith in a Church is no faith at all; faith in the unseen God of heaven: that is true faith, indeed. Jesus said to Thomas, "because you have seen Me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” (John 20:29)

  • @stinkygeorgia1 No, but I like this video. For me, I follow Jesus and put everyone

    else in Gods hands.

  • @stinkygeorgia1 I was born baptized and saved by my faith in Jesus Christ in the One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church faithful to our Lord Jesus Christs teachings for 2000 years. Teachings that i could that i could not find in Protestantism. And believe I looked!

  • @stinkygeorgia1 I am Catholic because I sincerely believe,by virtue of much cumulative evidence,,that Catholicism is true, and that the Catholic Church is the visible Church divinely-established by our Lord Jesus Christ against which the gates of hell shall cannot and shall not prevail(Mt 16:18),thereby possessing an authority to which I feel bound in Christian duty to submit!

-150 reasons I'm Catholic and you should be too!, by Dave Armstrong-

  • @stinkygeorgia1

I am convinced that the Catholic Church conforms much more closely to all of the biblical data, offers the only coherent view of the history of Christianity(i.e.,Christian morality, spirituality, social ethic, and philosophy.

  • "There is only one God and He is God to all; therefore it is important that everyone is seen as equal before God. I’ve always said we should help a Hindu become a better Hindu, a Muslim become a better Muslim, a Catholic become a better Catholic. We believe our work should be our example to people. We have among us 475 souls - 30 families are Catholics and the rest are all Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs—all different religions. But they all come to our prayers." - Mother Teresa's unwise words

  • Mother teresa, pray for me

  • @religious2008 - She can't.

  • Mother Teresa is such an upstanding human being, she tried to heal people spiritually instead of helping them medically (which she needed).

Your god doesn't exist, your stories are nothing but fairy tales.

  • This song reminds me of why I LOVE being on youtube. Thank you so much for uploading this song. I placed it on my play list of "Songs with a Message." It is something I would LOVE to listen to and read the messages from--at the beginning of each work day, to remind me of what really matters in this life.

  • Albania and all the world have seen an Angel living. She was Mother Teresa.

  • I am moved by your video, thanks for this lovely post!

  • Mother practiced Christianity rather than preaching it.

    Love your neighbor as yourself.

Radical ideas for a sinful world full of hate.

  • If Mother Teresa wasn't so famous, and so respected... the institutional church leadership would have sliced her throat from one ear to the other. And they would have blamed a "communist"

She was more noteworthy than them without gucci shoes, and she wasn't stealing any money either.

  • @primoabruzzi No her good friends the Duvaliers were stealing the money before donating some of it to her. One also wonders what became of the donations that she got to help the poor. They weren't used to build hospitals and help them, that's for sure..

  • an inspiration of love and kindness, soon will be a saint mother teresa..thanks for sharing.. God Bless!

  • As an human, as an Albanian, as an Muslim i say : Mother Theresa is an Holy Angel!

God Bless Mother Therese, we never will forget you, you are our Love, our Heart, our Spirit!

  • @Ferizajcity Yeah, Mother Teresa helped me a lot in understanding that all people no matter what race, religion, or socio-economic status have to be equally respected and valued.

Because of her I've truly learned to love my neighbor.

  • how could anyone possible judge this selfless woman of God?.........I will pray for you.

  • the Catholic church teaches against contraception. She couldn't suggest it

The one who took her place can use the money still I would think

  • @FinnMcRiangabra:

Yes, she was a true saint.

If everyone would love the others as she did,

there would be no abortion and would be no poverty either.

There would be only life, richness and joy in this world. :)

  • MOTHER CREATOR is a true Saint!

  • what is the tittle of the music?

  • my mom told you to give to and share a great story with me. and i never heard it. will you tell me.. Silvia

  • Love this as well as the background music, very relaxing to the mind and soul!

  • Dulleyes1ful: stop with your dogmatic crap.doubt it u have ever lifted a finger to help anyone except using your machine gun mouth like a hypocritical self righteous crap

  • @ghtcpa Is this what the catholic church teaches, whatever happened to love of neighbour?

  • Comment removed

  • @Sottigliezze She did more harm than good. Mother Teresa claimed not to be interested in politics, but still every time she had a chance she used her position to push for her personal politics, which could be described as the most extreme interpretation of Catholic doctrine, religious fundamentalism. She spent her life opposing the strongest known cure for poverty, which is the empowerment of women and the emancipation of them from a livestock version of compulsory reproduction.

  • @Sottigliezze In order to make comments you would need knowledge, and love to go with it, my aim is not to offend but to encourage others to look into God's word and prove it for themselves, teresa knew her scriptures but really she taught by example and so should all of us, its very easy to tear down, but boy is it hard work to upbuild, you should try it one day you never know?. And she would have known what the Lord Jesus said and did about death.

  • I have had such a day of nastiness and great sadness reading such words gives a warmer heart in the hope for a better day tomorrow

  • @FinnMcRiangabra Yeah I guess it is pretty easy to talk about her now that she is dead. You could not last one day serving the poor like mother did. You should be ashamed of yourself..

  • @RafaNadal08 u r right, they have done nothing to help any1 and they critizize!!!! they shall be ashamed

  • @RafaNadal08 I would feel as comfortable making the same comments if she were alive (and I am not ashamed of them). She did some good, but more disservice, to the poor with her religiously-based intolerance. Contraception is the first line of defense for poor women. I am totally comfortable with my support of family planning, thanks.

  • @FinnMcRiangabra You can't speak of things you do not know. To reject Mother Teresa is to reject love itself. Mother was love. I know that she did more for humanity than most people have or will ever do.

  • @FinnMcRiangabra Sorry, but Family Planning has already killed 52 million unborn babies in the US alone. Europe is now facing population crisis because of this abortion and Islam is dominating them because they are growing. By 2025 they will be the majority. Mother Teresa job is to help the poorest of the poor and to give the message of Love.

If you want to pass out condoms then be my guess. No one is stopping you. But don't include MT to your perversion.

  • @FinnMcRiangabra

Yes, she was a true saint.

If everyone would love the others as she did,

there would be no abortion and would be no poverty either.

There would be only life, richness and joy in this world. :)

  • @MrWinniedepooh For humans, love often includes sexual intercourse. Some people can't realistically afford children, but can afford contraception. Should they be forbidden to experience physical love because of the risk of pregnancy? I find a worldview that considers physical love to be "dirty", "wrong", "sinful", or whatever to be a bit backward, particularly when applied to the poor and destitute, who should still be allowed to enjoy the life that they have.

  • @FinnMcRiangabra Are you serious? Against humanity? So easy to find flaws and criticize! She is not a saint you are right, she was human like us with her own beliefs and values! That makes her even more inspiring cause every one of us can contribute to the world as much as she did!

If at least 10% of the population on this earth was like her, this world would be a much better place.

  • @ninanayna Well, I agree that she was human... However, I am not inspired by her objection to contraception for the world's poor. Control of contraception (and education of women--which includes contraception) is a strong positive indicator for social well-being. The message that dying in poverty is holy, while *not* having children that are doomed to living and dying in poverty is wrong; this is not a message for the modern world. She belongs back in the 14th century (and would still be wrong).

  • @FinnMcRiangabra She did what God called her to do. The Catholic church teaches against contraception.

Look at the rest of the world that uses birth control. If God wanted her in the 14th century, she would have

lived in the 14th century. We will always have the poor.

  • @FinnMcRiangabra Religious intolerance when she cared for mostly Hindu, Islamic people. She had also helped atheist, Christian, and such. In other words she helps out anybody in need. What has contraception done for you, it never stopped abortion or of people getting AIDS. Nope, you're not a saint at all.

  • @Naturalhit I do not mean intolerance to a particular religion other than Catholicism, I mean intolerance against morality based on religious dogma. She certainly did some good, but I don't think that it was balanced by the dogma of her message (that was intolerant of contraception). She could have helped plenty in need by passing out condoms.

Your comment about contraception not affecting AIDS (sic, HIV) transmission is too stupid for reply.

    Finally, I don't claim sainthood.

  • @FinnMcRiangabra Passing out condoms is NOT Mother Teresa's job. That is really stupid to even suggest. People like yourself often say things like that and yet I don't see you guys out there passing out condoms to 3rd world countries. I work in a school and I've often see passing out condom to students fail, big time. When Abstinence became part of the program there were less pregnancy and less sex among teens. You should read Humana Vitae. Most of the stuff the Pope predicted already came thru.

  • too tiny to read

  • She reflects so powerfully the Light of the World. Those who follow her advice will be better people for it : and the world will be a better world.

  • Love is to respect and so she did

  • If mother theresa was working for God how is that she didn't do Matthew 24:14 And this Good News of the Kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come, and also Jesus himself said there are only two roads one broad one into destruction, but the narrow one into life you must choose for yourselves?. What she did was good but would have been better if she did the lord's work instead of that of the churches?.

  • @Brighteyes1ful It shows that the Lord DID use her. She moved in love. You move in criticism.

  • Mother admired Gandhi, who was a man of peace - he said to the man who was in despair because he killed the parents of a Muslim child - to find peace take the child in care and educate it as a Muslim - that is pure humanity..standing the foe but not in hatred - we all should do so .... it is so easy to critizise - make it better and I will admire you all..

  • wow, very inspirational... her words & wisdom has touched the very core of my soul! Thank you Mother Theresa for your legacy... that uplifts many souls. ^^

  • God bless you, Mother!

  • PURE MACEDONIAN GIRL ..............GOD BLESS HER ......REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA GAVE TO TEH WORLD THIS ANGEL MOTHER THERESSA .....MACEDONIA TIMELESS

  • wow, this was a genuinely beautiful video that brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for shring this!

  • Thank you for sharing the video.

**She was sent from God above**

  • nice video......... nice compilation friend tnx...... can I know from what song the music is derived from?. ................. very soulful, very soothing, apt for this video....... great job :-)

  • i love this video but i have to say the writing is very small and hard to see..

  • You, my sister and mother are my guide towards not giving up spreading the Word of our Lord by touching the people and lifting their heads upwards toward their Lord and Redeemer. love and gratitude philillie

  • God Bless Mother. We certainly could use another one like her in our today's society.

  • God bless. May you rest in peace, beautiful mother teresa. ameen

  • Wonderful tribute to an amazing nun

  • i don believe in God, Bcoz am an atheist, but after when i red the history of Mother Teresa, & all her teachings, i realized that God lives there, who respect & love others,

  • My friend, Mother Theresa got everything from Jesus Christ. He is God.. Atheism is rejection of God and is an illusion. The biggest delusion is thinking all we live and feel is a coincidence. God is real..

Good luck and God bless you!

  • Mother Teresa will remain part of the world's greatest spiritual heritage! Praise the Lord!

"LOVE is the bringing about of the highest good in the life of ANOTHER individual." (Charles Finney)

  • Does anyone know the title of song playing in the video?

BTW. She's such an inspiration. God bless her. We need people like her in this world.

  • I was doing a paper on her for university. When is studied all the things she had done. She went to Baghdad 2 aks Suddem if she could open up a orphanage 4 the children who were starving on the streets who families had been murdered. He allowed her to, it is still they 2day looking after 100s of children some with disabilities. She allowed people 2 die with dignity, if they were muslims the quran was read 2 them, the bible. She wanted noone 2 die alone on the street. She repected other religions.

  • @smp236520

    Mother loved this world...

I love her... she is there in our heart...

    From Calcutta.

  • ZEMER SHQIPTARE

  • mother theresa is a great inspiration

whatever people would comment bad about her ..i dont care as long i beLieve in my heart that she is an indeed a great inspiration to everyone..

  • We understand a smile because it is love and it surpasses all things. God is that one smile that we all share but yet we make God so complicated. When infact we are all right because in God's Mansion there are many rooms. God Bless You.smile

  • I love her! I can hear Jesus talking through her every time she speaks. I needed to hear this today....

  • mother teresa`s true name is Gonxhe Bojagjiu she is albanian..... we proud with youu

  • whoever made this! thank u!

  • So blessed.:)

  • Bless you for posting this! I attended her beautification in 2003 and admire all her great work in treating the sick and suffering and also her profound simplicity. Truly a model of Christ!

  • lolouise, you are aware that she never teated the sick? She put up death houses with no intent of treatment, only the intent of suffering.

She did this as she felt suffering brought you closer to god in emulation of the suffering of Jesus. This is an admitted fact.

Her beatification was a scam. Her "miracle" was performed by physicians, admitted by the husband of the woman who her picture is said to have cured.

    Praise those worth praising instead.

Those who actually do humanitarian work.

  • @mugogrog And where do you get these proven facts from?

  • @mary2945

Look around and the information is abundant both on the internet in the form of documentaries, articles etc. you just need to see past the screen the clergy wants to put infront of your eyes.

Cristopher Hitchens wrote a book called "the missionary possition" where in he puts mother Teresa in another light. Check up on what is written in that book and you will realize it is, however painfull for you, true.

Also read the diary of MT herself and that also brings some new insight.

    be well

  • @mugogrog I don't think I sent my message properly to you so i'll quickly repeat I did read her diary and it

did bring in new insight. We don't know what was in her heart when she died-atleast I don't . I will read Chris H

when I get a chance. Don't worry about hurting my feelings. I adore many other saints anyway.

I'll get back to you God bless you Please let me know if you get this message I am knew at this (but I did

read the articles on MT on the internet and news)

  • @mary2945 The internet doesn't necessarily guarantee me any facts. And I did read her diary which did

briing in new insight. We don't know what was in her heart when she died, atleast I don't. Christopher Hitchens

I'll get back to you sooner or later. I try to keep and open mind. We are sinners. I do favor many other

saints as well. Thank you and God bless you

  • @mugogrog Also, there is something about suffering if you understand it our way I won't even get into that.

  • @mugogrog Ok Christopher from what I read isn't even Christian. Ok I think I said enough

  • who sings this song?

  • beautiful

  • I received some not so good news today, so thank you for posting this, young man, many warm thanks.

  • im sad

  • I'm sorry you're sad. I care. God cares.

  • Beautiful, some of the great truths of the Universe. Thanks mother.

  • this is gorgeous, i was in tears by the time I was done watching it. Thanks so much for this beatiful tribute :)

  • I have one of her books, and I love & admire her so much. Thank you for making this lovely video. I'm adding to to my faves. <3

  • Thanks for making this video....

  • its beautifull

  • wonderful <3

    it's Teresa's birthday today, isn't it?

  • i read it every day now and let myselve be inspired by this beautifull words of the pencill in the hand of the writing God..

  • this is the sound of thruth...the real life..thank to God for Mother Teresa

  • What a wonderful woman, so energising and kind, may god reward her for all her relentness work.

  • Beautiful.

  • Rest in Peace mother.. May God embrace you forever in Heaven.. such as you embrace and caring the poor children ever you live..

    God Bless You Forever mother!

    You remind me to God..

  • Beautiful video. Thanks.

  • profound words by the holy mother. sad thing about us is we would forget them in a few minutes. background score is awesome

  • Such an Angel Mother Teresa is. Her heart and spirit is felt ever so strongly. Thank God for blessing us all with such a beautiful soul. She was a true example of love to all.

  • i'm not religious but i love mother teresa for being genuinely loving toward anybody. she jesus, allah, buddah and god equals LOVE but the churches and the vatican and the pope are not. i believe 'jesus' has been kept prisoner by the vatican to make them money cuz his beliefs and the vatican's are not the same. the vatican is more into politics and power than the suffering of people

  • Beautiful Tribute to a Saint that lived among us....

thanks for posting this video. :)

  • Beautiful woman, if only I could have met her. Such simple writings but with such heart that it almost fills mine.

I wonder if someone like her would be alloud in our times or simply writ off, to fade away behind the smears and slanders. I'm sure there are, I am probably typing to one right now, they just dont know it...

  • id like to think id write someone like her off, she was an evil woman caught up in her own agenda

  • Why did she just let people die?

  • I think if you were to go where she went, and do what she did, you would see very clearly that some people are so starved and malnourished that the only thing for you to do is pray that they have a quick and painless death, and that their souls go to heaven. Sometimes that's just all you can do.

  • Not in this case. I sincerely urge you to read about the money that she received and never put toward hospitals or other beneficial projects.

I'm not doubting your sincerity, by any means, I'm just doubting the way this was covered. And the way facts and events were covered up to keep her icon alive, and to keep raking the money in.

  • Yeah I know a lot about this woman. Any argument I give really boils down to "it simply wasn't worth the effort or money to save their lives" and that is not what I believe in. I know that she did a lot of good and for that she deserves her recommendation for sainthood. I don't like talking about this subject so I hope you'll leave it that. See ya.

  • That's fine, because that's what they hope you'll keep thinking. Gotta earn the income for the church, so they use the media to glorify a fraud.

  • What you said doesn't really make any sense. This is all a big joke to you. If you went there and saw what those people had to go through just to stay aliive, you would tremble with forgiveness for her. You are selfish. What you don't seem to get is how amazing it is for people like her to change the lives of others. You'll soon see. Negative people go nowhere in life and usually end up alone. If you don't like the church, that's fine. Just ignore it then.

  • Quick to pass judgment, aren't you? I think there's something in your "holy" book about that.

What you don't seem to get is that you've been completely mislead by your religion. Oh well, I won't go so low as to predict the rest of your life based on a few sentences from a high horse. Ahem, sound familiar?

I'll just go on planning my second selfish humanitarian trip to South America. And while I'm there, I WON'T adopt Teresa's philosophy that suffering is necessary. Yeah, SO selfish of me!

  • Huh... Well I don't know if your lying to me, but I'll take it on faith that you are selfless. I have recieved many premonitions from spirits working under God's service. It's really great. Why don't you pray to him? God loves a selfless act. WHo cares about the media. The media is bad. It makes terrible people out of men.

  • Nope, you haven't. Good story, though. They're really spirits working for Gilgamesh, or no wait, Thor. No, Krishna. No, no, it's Wotan.

Sorry, I don't share your illusions. I believe what I do, and they're my ideas, rather than someone else's which you believe. Try having a free thought once in awhile. It's refreshing.
