Just prepared some redfish last night that I caught last Memorial Weekend. The filets had been skinned, and I prepared them on a gas grill. I had to turn them and it only took 10 minutes. Absolutely incredible! Thanks for sharing!

This is divine!!! I made a broiled tilapia(it's too cold to grill here) and made the lime butter sauce(WOW) It was great!! I didn't even have the green onions/or cilantro and it was dee-licious!!:) 2 thumbs up!!!:)
