wtf at 1:44 is she referring to steve jobs? I mean get real windows media player just copied home sharing from iTunes. I'm done with windows. If you like windows, fine, I won't argue with you, just try a mac if you pass an apple store. You might be surprised.
Me and my Vista 64 love mac fanboys who don't know a shit about using a Windows PC everyday and spam bullshit everywhere about bsoding and closing error windows
dude why the hell are you answering for every comment in the CES 2009 Keynote videos, this is madness, wtf are you doing, stop this shit spam, get a life or something
Hate MS all you want fellas, they're not gonna stop making the world a better place. You're all just brainwashed by the I'm a Mac ads. Things she showed were great to have on my home. That is fun.
Linux KDE is eye candy, and that's what Windows 7 looks like. Eye candy. WIndows XP is more flourished design. Windows Vista is eye candy and Windows 7 is just eye candy. Windows XP does not seem that much eye candy since I used it many times in the past.
Something is not right. They are so behind where technology is at. They are bringing things to market that have been around for some time. Like years. And their "usefulness" is questionable. Even her own actions were awkward.
i... i just don't understand. what are they doing? the mac-like dock, the 'surface-globe', the multitouch...
why aren't they innovating instead of dicking around? instead of copying apple, try spending more time writing your jokes to make the tumbleweed less obvious
Exactly. Dicking around. A lot of these features are from our past as Mac users. They need to stop fucking around with their UI and fix the damn plumbing. They can slap all of the frosting they want on it, but it's still a shit cake. They need to just drop everything they've done and start from scratch, build an OS from the ground up with the future in mind. They need to build an OS that's stable and secure before they worry about the sheen.
Yeah I agree. Microsoft is so hip and cool. Its about stability and user friendly. The unique features it has brings no friendliness, it makes computing complicated in fact. In Windows XP, there was not that much of unique features. Which is good! Who cares about the unique features. I want something simple to use....
I know that a 32 bit Windows XP will have a 4 GB ram limitation. But I myself am more of a Windows person, but that don't mean I don't like Macs, sure Macs are cool! But I am more of a PC person in general.
Yeah I know, Microsoft is more like a copy cat. I dont know if Microsoft copied Apple's GUI. I guess Microsoft wants innovation. I don't think they are trying to hurt Apple's GUI.
I'm really excited for Win7. Using the 7000 build right now and could not be happier with it. It's got some minor glitches but it's a whole year from release, I'm sure they'll sort them out with this many people downloading the beta and sending feedback.
Mac OS X. It's safe to say that most of these "new" features are features from our past, as Mac users. I truly believe that Microsoft is devoid of any innovation whatsoever. The only innovation you see from Microsoft is when they buy another company and acquire their intellectual property. How long are they going to promise us a better Windows and give us a pile of feces? They have no idea what people want.
But seriously, I'm not waiting for anything, I already have a stable OS - Vista. And I know, I know . . . you're friend's friend who is a programmer (or something of that sort) said it sucks. But I'm telling the truth when I say that I've been using it for 7 months now and have not had any issues at all. Minor problem with my old capture card drivers, but its probably their fault - they haven't updated the firmware in 3 years.
i completly agrey with you saying that the inital bugs in vista have been ironed out but seriousley all the mac posts kinda forget who brought home computing to the masses and also the mac uses alot of windos apps u no that word proseser you use for school reports or makeing verious documents yer thats a windos prosser just google around and im shure ull find articales conferming this =)
I seen pictures of that...I could care less for Windows 7. It seems more of an update to Windows Vista. I still like Windows XP. But its Microsoft, what you expect.
ohh cool! i would have never thought about that.. or thought to do that.. but yeah nicely done.. and to be honest i never really laugh out loud on videos but this one made ne giggle a little out loud hahah :]
oh my God - "when I take my laptop home to work on very important stuff.... you hear that Steve!?!?" ---- were do they find these people, it's almost painful listening to this
Oh, and you can translate your friends status messages from social networks that are posted in a language unknown to you to English. That is if you have a clue what language those comments are written in -- and if you have friends that share this very rare kind of humour. Yep, I'd buy it!
the Jumplist is not a new feature?!? most applications have "recent documents" -- AND so does the start menu. they just moved it and slightly modified the context.

Mac OSX is simple to use
PhilCollins93 2 years ago
Yeah I guess it is, but Windows is pretty easy to use as well.
Revenge1986 2 years ago
Yes it is but it is getting on nerves using it beacause it's slow
PhilCollins93 2 years ago
Windows is not slow, you just need a good CPU and plenty of RAM.
Revenge1986 2 years ago
well my PC has got 2 GB Ram and a Quad Core Q6600 processor and it's slow
the mac is much faster but I don't wanna have arguments about PC versus Mac
PhilCollins93 2 years ago
Well 2 GB ram is perfect for Windows XP.
I know that a 32 bit Windows XP will have a 4 GB ram limitation. But I myself am more of a Windows person, but that don't mean I don't like Macs, sure Macs are cool! But I am more of a PC person in general.
