@lakayna no that's dental fluorosis. If you get too much fluoride when the teeth are developing, you can later on have dental fluorosis. The way to get rid of them is to reduce your in take of fluoride and have lots of vitamin c. Vitamin c will help remove some of the toxic fluoride out of the teeth. too much fluoride can also cause brown spots to develop later on in life usually when your older.

its not that the peroxide had to eat away at ur tooth ro whiten it. you must have had thinning tooth enamel, peroxide would travel through the thinned enamel, to the nerve where it would cause irritation. BTW, if u wanna save money, you can just buy hydrogen peroxide (3%) from your drug store, use it as a mouthwash daily and you'll get the same results.... just even cheaper! xox

I use a tissue to dry the teeth before placing the stripes. The reason is that it would mean the bleach wont be diluted by a bit of moisture on the teeth, so a little more effective.
