Ironically, Europeans were responsible for spreading Islam far more in Africa than Christianity. @cdonon321 That's subjective and opinion based, there is zero evidence for any of that. And there are many factors to consider in the fact that HIV/AIDS affects blacks disproportionately than other groups because anyone of any ethnicity can get HIV/AIDS, it's a matter of circumstances and choices.

The point is that Christianity was a religion that was forced upon slaves. If it weren't for slavery, black Christians would be a much tinier percentage. Oh no, there is no debate about the origins of the Hebrew religion unless you don't know the origins of it. The problem is like much of European history that they took over a religion and used it for their own purposes. Really tell that to the Coptic christians in Ethiopia. @Ryooken Remember that the Christianity spread throughout the Roman Empire as far down into Africa as Nubia, Mali, Ethiopia, Egypt and the Sudan. Ironically, Europeans were responsible for spreading Islam far more in Africa than Christianity. The reason being was that conversion by the sword of the Christians was protested by conversion to Islam instead. So again as I said before you need to know the history before you comment on today's events.

Understand that Africa was about countries just like every other nation on this earth. They were not christian on their own, they received the message of Christ just like the people of Israel. Christ's message traveled with his disciples and they traveled all over the world..
