Actually yes they do have the power options in "big computers" they are actually called desktop computers but at any rate. You just have to change "view by" to the setting "small icons" then there you go the power options are there just as shown in the video. The poster of the vid I guess forgot to mention that.

1.) click the windows icon in the bottom left corner of your screen

2.) click on control panal

3.) top right corner of your control panel there should be a "view by" catagory, make sure it is on "small icons and then on the list click power options

4.) on the left bar click "change when the computer sleeps"

5.) change both options to Never

For blind/half blind: Control panel, in the top right corner choose in the dropdown thing "small icons". Power plan (or similiar, energy alternative maybe), bottom left choose change when the computer sleeps (a picture of a half moon thingy). Click it, and choose your time.
