I don't get it. ...if your sub i disabled or sinking and lets say your on a Boomer with 160+ guys and this does up to 10 or 22..how does everyone escape in time?
@LillWill94 an escape is only possible when a large part of the hull is still intact. If catastrophic hull failure takes place everyone will die no matter what happens. but in the more likely scenario a partial breech will take place the breached area will flood and will be sealed off. The captain will have the ballasts blown and attempt to surface. If that isn't possible. A controlled evacuation of the disabled sub will take place in this manner described in the video
i dont know anything about subs but i know the hatch works for deploying and recieving seals. but lets say the sub got damaged could the crew escape out of it too.
if soo does that mean that someone has to stay behind toe operate the door and then would he be able to get out too? lol hope soo other wise id hate to lose at rock paper siccors on that one lol.
