  • this video should be called "windshield cleaning tutorial" haha idk why but i laughed at it a lot

  • The er6f / ninja 650 corners like a mofo anyway.

  • FUCK YEH V8 SPONGE

  • Your cornering tips would apply to old men who ride scooters

  • Talking about doing something right -- what you are saying is that sometimes you have to adjust your cornering techniques to compensate for the driving conditions.. eg. Tiawan vs. normal driving venues :) and you are doing a great service with your vlogging. I really enjoy watching -- THANKS!

  • is there anywhere that you go through your mic/camera set up? i'm thinking of starting something similar, and your vid/sound quality is great :D

  • what type of camera you use?

  • thanks

  • at 2:05... was that a camry knock off?

  • 5 star props for differentuating between a public road and a racetrack M13. On the open road, the fastest line is the safest line because you're more likely to actually finish.

If you can't use all of one lane, what makes riders think they can use both?

  • you dont mention vanishing point when coming up to the corner

  • When a bike is moving in a straight direction it stays upright yeh?

So when you turn, you need to lean to counter act the bikes natural force to want to stay upright.

The faster you are traveling the MORE the bike wants to stay upright, thus logically, if you want to turn, the more you will need to lean (depending on how tight the turn is obviously).

I don't ride but I do understand how things work.. I think..

  • to get your knee down do you need to be going fast enough? my bike only does about 55mph and i still haven't managed to get my knee down, but i dont know if it's because that's too slow for it or i'm just too chicken to lean further or stick my knee out more.

  • @IgWannA2 you dont drag your knee on something that tops out 55mph... lol

  • You got progrips... I have the exact same pair on my Tuono 125

  • I appreciate the video! It's something to think about on the public roads.

  • M13, you got a vacuum on that thing too?

  • hahahaha

  • great video

    5 stars

  • At 0:29 you can see the camera lol.

  • ok riding tips and dirty dirty seriously m13 you have strippers on your mind

  • Thanks for the tips Hoser. I'm a hopeless rider.

  • What about passing in a no passing zone

  • I just wonder where you mount your camera?

  • helmet

  • yeah i knew that, but where on his helmet, inside or ontop of the helmet?

  • Inside.

  • I cut in on blind corners and don't start from the left side of the lane. If I know there is gravel on a corner, I will still cut in, but I will always take it very easy.

I try to ride on the side of my lane that makes me most visible to traffic or to people exiting a driveway and most of the road. If it's a hilly & curvy road where I can't see the road itself, I use the power lines to see where the road is going.

Riding everywhere as if it's a race track isn't the best idea on the road.

  • looks like fun, be safe out there. lol "he says humbly"

  • something I do very often, is that I ride almost on the center line and lean over to the opposite lane =/

    Bad habit.

  • Idd be carefull with that. You just decrease your margins to the point there nonexistent. And in real traffic (ppl making mistakes and all) You need margins.

M is right ideal lines are for Ideal situations. (the track)

  • I too always try to keep my head in my own lane. That does mean you have to take corners at a lower speed. Less space and all. But I won't have any close encounters of the "headlight of an oncomming van" kind. On a track everyone goes the same way and even there an ideal line isn't always possible.

    M13:" This isn't a race track"

Nope it's a Taiwanese street with Taiwanese drivers... See other vids...

You're so right M. I would, with that little visibility around a corner, probably do the same

  • You might mention that SVEN sent you that nice present. (Well maybe not now, it would be ruined by now im sure. But this might be an old video. Either way...)

  • and :)

  • fuck yeah sven! call his ass out!

  • tits? xD

  • okay, i got myself a prostitute, what next?

  • I didn't watch, i just rated. Sup?!

  • Not much. Baby has a cold. Wife will blame me. What's up with you?

  • Comment removed

  • here's a suggestion for you M13, make a vid showing us your POV camera setup. I'm curious to see what kind of equipment you use and where its mounted etc. The sound on your vlogs is heaps better than other vloggers too. Always entertaining to watch your vids!

  • u did'nt know! ???

    he's got abionic eye!

  • im getting a motor bike (bicycle+motor kit), do you suggest a motorcycle helmet?

  • of course he does, everybody should wear one! no but seriously, just get a good quality one.

  • first time i ever saw you say RATE lols

  • What's the speed limit there?

  • Comment removed

  • V2 sponge that sven gave him :D

  • my 50cc scooter goes about 68mph downhill with the wind behind me!

  • get a 125cc scooter

  • I'm sure that's what you speed'o'meter says

  • Visor cleaning tips should have been included in the title! Don't sell yourself short Mordeth...

  • 1:33 Like english? (too too)

  • I agree with your cornering, on thin 2 lane mountain roads it's best to hug the edges in most cases. Trucks dont always fit into just 1 lane ;-)

  • If i ever manage to get my knee down on my virago i'll know im in big trouble ;-)

  • What rear/front tyre weight ratio should I be aiming for?

  • I dont always use the out-apex-out line. Ive learned that a good line is defined by how smooth you are on the throttle. If you go through the turn where you didnt have to adjust the throttle, then thats a good line. And ur right M, the street isnt a race track so ur lines are dictated by the variables infront of you. another great video!

  • What age do you think a person should start riding? I have gotten told anywhere from 18 to 25 to never.

  • I dunno about your country but here in Norway we are allowed to ride mopeds (50cc) at the age of 16. which is great, more practice before getting a motorcycle. I say start as early as possible ^^

  • In our country, we can ride from 15. Before we could ride 14.

  • You forgot to mention the 45kmh limit built into 50cc bikes and scooters in Norway. The only training the kids get from it, is that our law system is broken when the vast majority of parents and kids illegally remove this dangerous limiter, in order to ride safer and not being run over by overtaking traffic on our tiny 2 lane roads.

  • Well I am 16 and I've got a moped, it goes slightly faster than 45 i'll admit that, but I haven't had any problems yet, other than cars almost ramming me from behind :P

  • im currently selling my 50cc trials bike and it can do almost 60 with the standard exhaust

  • 60 mph i mean

  • ive noticed that DOUBLE SIDED YELLOW is one of ur fave things to say lol cause ur always bitching! i love it!

  • where you enter a corner all depends on the kind of corner your entering...

  • Thanks M13 great vid you have helped me heaps over the years keep it up not sure about the prostitutes though LOL love your Work

  • ehh, just watch isle of mann clips on board cameras.....maybe too extreme but it works

  • use a SHAMWOW to get the water off, you'll get AMAZING results hehe...ahhh that was a bad joke...

    on topic

Should i start off with a scooter or get a bike right away? Is there a Hugeass diff or not? Cause i dont want to Buy a scooter then have to buy a bike right away

  • Start with a bike. Only reason to get a scooter is for the extra carrying space and the convenience of no gears. But in many ways they are less safe than a bike.

  • Why would you say they are less safe than a bike? Besides the power to get out of the way argument.

  • do a video of u going fast on turns or highspeed on the highways

  • Tips to a Stripper...go get your self a prostitute...so whats really on your mind ...lol XD

  • lmao, this videos actually help me a lot. im hoping when i get older i can learn to ride a motorcycle, so keep the good videos up mordeth ^_^

  • Like. 5*

  • if m13 is going to make a music video using his music created by him or his friends in the past videos, he needs to include some of his new dance move and his son dancing in it, it would be awsome

  • I keep seeing those storm drain things on the side and can't help but think how shitty it would be to hit that. Have you ever fell into one?

  • No, but a friend did. It was his first time on a bike.

  • Hey, is the private series released yet?

  • @13mordeth Not the best. I was target fixating on them in the video. :(

  • the teacher is a rebel...!!!......that can not be good

  • nice

  • Any tips if you come across sand or water on a blind corner...other than kissing your ass goodbye?

  • Don't brake. And use your foot to kick the road if the big starts to fall.

  • wat

  • gotta love M13, cheers mate

  • I don't really care as to what Mordeth13 looks like, I care more for the entertaining (and educational ones, such as this one) videos he makes. That's why I subscribed to him in the first place :D

Nice to see another instructional video though. Brings back the memories of your awesome 'How to ride a motorcycle' ones :)

  • remember kids, always tip your strippers well

  • Hmmmm stripper. Wonder when you are going to get your neighbor on film again. lol Even in the U.S. we have those fucking idiots that want to take their half of road in the center. And not always on a turn.

  • dont forget to tip ur ihop server, aka me

  • Hey 13 how's it goin? :D

  • check your messages again :)

  • Why don't you just send me the messages on YT instead of having to remind me on here to go somewhere else?

  • because I assumed you get hundreds of messages on youtube and you do go through all of them. anyway, let me know what you think, on youtube or on the forum, either way works for me.

  • Cornering tips.. Complete with strippers and a sponge.. Somehow, I still learned something.

  • I know no one will clown me. I'm not bad looking. But the majority.....don't want to see what I look like. So....majority wins.

  • i'm referring to the messages from your forum obviously

  • penis

  • whats mordeth mean?

  • more death times 13 duhh get with the program he runs people down who dont look both ways

    he aids Darwinism

  • sure.

  • Haha too true

  • agreed. doesnt really matter. most people will probably go.. "oh.. so that's what he looks like... ok" it's not something life changing

  • yea keep it as a mystery m13! It just adds it to a whole level, guessing what m13 looks like.

  • he doesent show his face because we the majority know he is actually gostrider

  • Order the private series if you want to see his face.

  • WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

  • Omg good.
