  • @jason123456789210 darn. thanks...

  • @jason123456789210 where'd he get it?

  • how do you fix that heli my has probles

  • @johnthe24 Some of the parts are removable, and you get a bag of extra rotors when you buy the helicopter. I replaced the rear rotor once. I'm planning to return it using the warranty if it ever gets really broken.

  • my brother has that exact helicopter

  • just got for christmas i might make video so plz check it out

  • just got this thing for christmas and i love it!!!!!

  • toast it ready 1:34 :D

  • @milesarnold12 Good ear. We were multitasking. Flying and cooking at the same time.

  • So, then would you recommend buying extended warranty? It seems pretty sturdy, but at my house, there's plenty of small children who seem to relish destruction.. Also, have you had any issues with hair in the rotors? It seems somewhat trivial, but I ruined a pair of Air Hogs Havoc Heli's that way. It's pretty much impossible to extract, it just breaks and then what's left wraps itself tighter...

  • @PillarOfFlame Definitely get the warranty. It's tough but not indestructable. Ours is getting pretty beat up, but it is still working and flying properly. I expect something will break in the next few months.

  • @hoohoohoblin Thanks. I had bought one of these at Staples, but on your recommendation I returned it and bought one from Brookstone instead. Also, the warranty is now $9 for two years, so, maybe update that in the video description.

  • @PillarOfFlame You did the right thing. I'm surprised the warranty costs more now. I just bought mine a few weeks ago. It's still a good deal at $9 if you plan to fly it a lot.

  • @hoohoohoblin Yup. I wasn't all that surprised. If you look at the Brookstone site (it won't let me post a link to it) it says $8.99 there, too. I have no doubt it's still a good deal.

  • @hoohoohoblin Also, how fast does it eat AA's? I've heard some complaints about that...

  • @PillarOfFlame I can't really answer that because I use rechargeable AAA batteries, so I just charge them regularly before they get low. I'm not sure how long regular disposable AAA batteries last.

  • cool its that durable the old silver bullet was fragile and that non springed joystick i know what i am getting soon

  • Hey i got mine from brookstone inthe mall and it is the same exact one as you

  • @TenaciousD222 It's a really good helicopter. It actually goes where you tell it to go. We like the 2-year warranty deal as well. If it breaks, we get another one.

  • @hoohoohoblin

I've had mine about a month and while it had some hard crashes,NOTHING has broke on it.It's cool how it comes with replacement parts, but I doubt I'll ever need them! Would you know how The Brookstone helicopters compare to Air Hogs?

  • @theoneeyedpoodle We have an Air Hogs helicopter. It was very hard to control from the beginning and never went where we wanted it to go, and it is made of some sort of styrofoam, so it wasn't very sturdy. It didn't last very long. It was quite a bit cheaper than the Brookstone helicopter, though.

  • That is much nicer than the other kits where it just gets in the air and goes sideways into the wall right away.

  • @suburbanryder For sure. It is very controllable. My son's first electric helicopter only flew once before it crashed to the ground and broke. The next one we bought flew around in random directions and really looked like it was trying to kill us. The Brookstone copter actually goes where you tell it to, and it bounces right back from crashes.
