  • this guy copied this vidio from daneboe

  • i have that same remote xD

  • This guy is such an ass.

  • This is a hoax. A 6v contains 4 1.5 volt cells. Don't do this.

  • Well, I tried the Eveready brand and it was the four cells made for the battery - not AAs. But I'm going to keep on this because I recall seeing the AA thing in real life when I was a kid.

  • My 6V lantern battery contained 32 9mm rounds, pretty cool.

  • This is mathematically wrong most AA batteries are 1.5 volta

  • Fuckin bullshit

  • u are wrong there are no aa bateries there is the battery called F-cell (4 pieces)

  • I did this and a leprachaun jumped out of my sink and granted me three wishes.

  • @poop4u2scoop lmao

  • you stole daneboe's video

  • National brands will probably be like this one. I took several apart when I was a kid. But the one in the other video was a cheap no-name brand. It's not unheard of for off brands to do odd things. I read a rechargeable battery review years ago where a particular brand had significantly less capacity. They cut the battery open and there was a smaller (cheaper) battery inside! And if you do find one with AAs, don't expect them to be alkalines. They may be cheap zinc-carbon.

  • i like how the battery's have no wires on them

  • did you guy notice that the he never cut any wires

  • DEBUNKED !!!!

  • FOR FUCKS SAKE, THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DONT LOOK AT THE COMMENT SECTION OF THE VIDEO...I HATE MY FRIEND FOR POSTING THIS VIDEO ON HIS FB..AND IT SMELLS LIKE FUCK!

  • yes this fake i tried it to i seen it on facebook and could not look at coments 10$ down the drain

  • the old lantern 6v's had aa size cell batteries in the casing but newer ones have have i think 4 long individual type cells

  • boy i love flagging those fake videos^^

  • at least put a warning inthe vid that its fake

  • daneboe, u got to be careful on what you put in these videos. im smart enough to know its fake, but a lot of people wasted money buying 6v batteries and try it on youtube. there was even a kid who wanted to try this by himself which is a shock waiting to happen.

  • @spikeymarshall129 You do realize it says "Gagfilms.com" That should be warning enough the video is fake.

  • but, the question is, will it blend?

  • I have seen the video where one is opened and it only has four large cells in it and I even had a friend try this after seeing it posted on facebook and he only found four large cells. However, depending on the company or brand of the battery, it is totally possible to find AA sized cells inside. So is it fake? Maybe, but unless someone tries every brand of 6V battery out there, then I can't say I'm convinced it's false.

  • not 6 volts

  • that would be 48 volts if this was true

  • If there was a 32 AA Standard Battery's the thing it would be a 48v Lantern Batery !!! 32x1.5v =48

  • @therhythmslave1

You're wrong. Voltage multiplies by cells in series, capacity multiplies in parallel. 32 1.5V 500mAh cells all in parallel (1s32p) would still only be 1.5V, but it would have a capacity of 32x500mAh= 1.5v 16000mAh Pack. In a 4s8p configuration it would give you a 6V 4000mAh pack. The main pack looks like it has four separate chambers so this would be a reasonable configuration. Each chamber is 2s4p then 2s2p on the chambers gives you 4s8p or 32 cells.

  • @simpleseajay Yeah - but its a lie - there are 4 large cells inside a lantern battery and zero double As.

  • @RageagainstRacism Until you have tried this with every brand of 6V battery out there, I can't say you are correct. Just because one or two brands use 4 large cells doesn't mean they all do and as I explained in my last post, it is totally possible to configure AA's as described within the same package.

  • total lie!

  • stupid is what it is...I hope people notice it says it's a "Gag" Film...

  • Damn anyway after being up for 2 days with out any sleep I had to come across this stupid video now I feel like the dumb bass I was believing it at first LOL......!

  • bull shit i see that the bat's in your battery are not attached and there for do not make a circuit and can not run that bat at all you are or must be a head guy at a battery company that is failing and need us to buy more battery's lol

  • fuckin retard .

  • 32 x 1.5volt = 48 volts. Am I right?

  • @silentspringreborn Not if they're connected in parallel. A group of 8 in parallel is still 1.5 volts. Connect 4 of those groups in series gives you 6 volts.

  • do u think we r that dumb???

  • dumb

  • clever trick

  • notice the gagfilms.com at the very beginning????

  • Lies!!!!!!!

  • Why would 32 1.5v batteries equal 6v?

  • Holy shit! Some other dude made a video EXACTLY like this and uploaded it to!!!! Now what are the chanced of THAT occuring?!!

  • @rockthesenuts666 about as common as someone ripping off the comment of someone in the top rated comments section I suppose.

  • Comment removed

  • FAKE

  • R U PEOPLE SERIOUSLY GOING TO TRY THIS...IM 11 AND I NO THATS FAKE

  • This didn't work !

  • in a 6 volt battery they use 4 f cell batteries

  • i got 3 things to say

    1.people it's a joke

2.this was made by gagfilms made by daneboe and he makes jokes about everything look at his videos

    3.eeerrr i got notting for 3 =P

  • hahahahaha OMG..... did NOBODY ELSE notice the title 'GAGFILMS.com'? this is obviously fake.

  • hahahahaha OMG..... did NOBODY ELSE notice the title 'GAGFILMS.com'?

  • @ishreddrums1 Yes, I noticed it after I bought and took apart my battery. HAHA

  • It works only with heavy duty :D

  • doesnt work

  • Each AA battery us 1.5 V. So 32 batteries is 48V not 6

  • lets play a game:

step 1:hold your breath(1 second and continue with your breath held)

    step 2:copy this comment

step 3:search somethin random in the search box on youtube

step 4:click the first video icon you see

    step 5:paste the comment

if you are able to hold your breath doing the game you are a god/godess

  • or you can go to the dollar tree and get one dollar AA batteries :p

  • is this real

  • THIS IS COPPEY RIGHT OF DANEBOE

  • To everyone that posted he is lazy for "stealing" someone elses work, i can see where your coming from but get it right idiots he did give credit to who made this video.

  • I believe the moon is made of green cheese.

  • that would end up being way over a 32 volt battery not 6 volt!!!

  • Yeah, and if you eat at Popeye's, you can pull a chicken out of your ass 4 hours later.

  • i also only got 4 giant 1.5volt batteries out of an rayovac 6 volt

  • daneboe...

  • i find onely 4 big cells =(

  • Gee I wonder where he got all those AA batteries without labels?

  • Stolen.

  • It's Bull

  • ACUALLY THERE ARE FOUR BATTERYIES THAT HOLD 1.5 VOLTS AND ARE FAT BATTERYIES SO IT IS FAKE

  • FUCK U AAAALLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!! I BUYED A 6V DURACELL BATTERY AND NOT REALLY SIMILAR BUT BATTERY S CAME OUT OF IT AND WHERE 3 VOLTS EACH AND THERE WHERE FOUR THE REST OF THE SPACE WAS FOR SOME BLACK CREAM IT HAD

  • @perezking18 IGNORE THIS RUDE COMMENT MADE BY ME SORRY ALL OF U

  • im flagging the video for beinfg stolen

  • 32 AA's? Seriously...AA=1.5v 1.5 x32 does NOT equal 6 DUH!!!!

  • @The2552a Noob. I get that you mightn't know basic electronics, but, one would think that you would research something before condemning someone on a public forum who is right. 4 x 1.5 = 6. 32/4 = 8. So, if you run 8 batteries in parallel, then do the same three more times, then run their outputs in series you get 6 volts, just at a greater MAh rating. Though, in saying that, most lantern batteries no longer have AA batteries, opting to just use 4 larger 1.5v cells. None the less, its possible.

  • they look like bullets

  • THIS IS FAKE THEY MADE A CONTRACT WITH THE COMPANY SO THEY WOULD SELL THOSE AND HAVE PEOPLE OPEN THEM!

  • It may be fake not sure but 32 AA batteries if correctly in series can make six volts so stop trying to prove it that way

  • You stupid f*cking a**hole. Me and my friend are covered in battery acid and with no f*cking small batteries.

  • @fukyall420 if you were coverd in battery acid you would probablly be in the hospital and not commenting on youtube

  • you're a f*ckin liar. There's no little batteries inside, just stupid big D batteries f*cker

  • you don't own this

  • This is FAKE people......

  • even if it was real the batteries would be like 0.3 volts

  • batteries in series will add voltage but current will remain the same, but batteries in parallel the voltage stays the same and the current increases

  • Your totally stupid. This is nit true!!! Liar!!!

  • do people not know he makes joke videos?

  • your a fuckin fagg tryin to get views off someone elses work get off ur lazy ass and do something

  • lame

  • Ok first of all this is all fake... &+ you copied some one elses work... thats not cool man... :(

  • STEALER!!!!

  • AA batteries are 1.5 volts, times that by 32 run in series and you get 48 volts!! nice try!!

  • bull shit

  • dude what the heck?!?! you stole this frome daneboe!!! freaking video theif!!

  • you got this from daneboe

  • how can it be 32?

  • i knew it wasnt real before i saw the video

  • just thought id say...your FULL OF SHIT!

  • Guys, do the *REAL* math. Yes 1.5 x 32AA batteries = 48 volts, but if you run 8 cells of 6 batteries each in series, you get 6 volts. 48 volts / 8 batteries for each "cell", you get 6 volts. THAT'S how that works.

  • ok then it is possible

  • its not real you gullible ass.

  • Yeah, finaly someone who is smart! Dom asses

  • you dumbass 32 AA batteries give 48 volts! So it is impossible!

  • ^^^^^

  • he is right.

  • "gagfilms"

Should give some indication as to whether it's real or not.

  • It makes alittle sense, like how the little 12 volt things have the circular shaped ones.

  • yep. 32 1.5V AA battery's would be 48 volts not 6

  • @higgybaby1239876 , sei un pirla, sono collegate in parallelo !!

  • not if you have a mixture of parallel and series connections..

  • it's actually real but not this vidio they come with different batteries so that's just a lie

  • this is daneboes

  • so fake, lol

  • is this real i dont want to kill myself it i do it

  • Sigh* guys if you think this really works for 32 AA batteries then it is a sad sad day for the human race... This is made by gagfilms

  • FAKE!!!!

  • 32 x 1.5 = 48v not 6 FAKE

  • it's not AA, it's 4 weird-shaped batteries 1.5v each

    1.5x4=6.0

  • Lol

  • Though I know it is fake, they could be linked with four groups of 8 cells together in parallel. Just sayin

  • COPYRIGHTED>..

  • stolen

  • @toonlink720 and still stupid

  • hey fakers - > hackers/savers

why don't you use rechargeable NiMH batteries to save the money!

  • Okay kids. Lets do some math. The original battry is 6v. 1 standard AA battery is 1.5v.

    32 x 1.5 = 48v

    Fail.

  • Wrong!

Batteries can be linked up in series or parallel.

When they're linked up in series, 2 batteries do not increase the voltage, but the duration the battery uses.

When batteries are linked in parallel, voltage increases but duration stays the same.

In this 6V battery, there are 4 sets of 8 series-linked batteries, giving 1.5v each. these 4 are linked in parallel, giving the total of 6V.

It is cheaper to mass produce only one size of battery and then combine them to create larger sizes.

  • @Zlitherin your the one thats wrong serie is for volt and parallel is for current

  • @Zlitherin actually i think you have it backwards... not to be a douche or anything, but infinite batteries in parallel will have only 1.5 volts, but the life will be damn good. if you have 8 batteries in series, it will give 8 x 1.5 volts, or 12 volts. voltage in parallel is the same, series is added, the opposite goes for current.

  • @Zlitherin but yeah, it is fake lol

  • @Zlitherin your series and parallel are backwards dude

  • @Zlitherin No, series is one battery after another and parallel is a battery beside another.

  • @Zlitherin

Sorry but this info is dead wrong. Batteries in series say 6v + 6v is equal to 12v.. Batteries in parallel 6v and 6v still equal 6 volts but the current is increased... and there is nothing to do with anything in " duration" no such thing in batteries or electronics.. if you use draw more current you battery will die quicker period.. The voltage has nothing to do with how long it will last,, Only what you apply or use the device for..

And yes I'm an Electronics Engineer .

  • @Zlitherin Actually series increase the voltage while parallel makes it last longer.Google it if you don't believe me.

  • you fail,,,

  • Dude, this was stolen from Daneboe.

  • this really works, open every battery in your house until you find those handy aa batteries, if you didn't find any its because you did it wrong

  • Each AA battery is 1.5 volts. 32 times 1.5 volts is 48 volts. Since a lantern battery is only 6 volts this vid is obviously fake!!!

  • you can tell its fake because he only cuts a couple wires and the batteries are not wired together in any way.

  • DOES NOT WORK!!!! dont wast your money on this, i tried it and all you get are three weird cells.

  • you miet have to git a spissiffic brand

one guy got 4 cells, one guy got 32,

you saye you got three. did you git the igzact saem battery?

  • it was definitely the exact same battery and i got 4 cells out of it, i dont know why i said three cells, i must not have been thinking, but it was the same exact battery

  • o'

    well that sucks.

    this hack is so fake!

  • 4 aa batteries was found for $2.79

  • 32X 1,5v is not 6v!

  • your assuming 32 connected in series. why couldn't some be connected in parallel?

  • Comment removed

  • BEWARE! IF this is true then these are NOT alkaline cells. The shell is labled "HEAVY DUTY" which means the old ZINC-CHLORIDE technology. ("Heavy duty" compared to the ancient zinc-carbon technology!). These will likely NOT work in high rate devices like flash cameras or motorized toys so DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! (let lone risk cutting yourself and maybe get infected with some Chinese virus).

  • I tried it today on a 6 volt battery for a large flashlight. I contained 4 Large batteries. Not 32 AA's...

But then again,it didnt say Lantern Battery...I was just at WalMart and forgot to look for one to try...Hey its worth a try, but, on the video the 6 volt dont even look like it will hold 32 AA's to me...???

  • it has to be energiser

  • i love how he forgot to get some of the lable off of the batteries that are standing up...

  • bull shit ....1.5 volts x 32 cells = 48 volts

  • Comment removed

  • Not sure if this whole gag is true, but plausable...

    connect 8 cells in parallel(all 8 still 1.5v), do this 4 times(32 batteries), then connect the 4 groups in series(4 * 1.5)...and you have 6 volts...if my math is correct...and it usually is. :)

  • are you on drugs mate. get your self a volt meter and try to prove me wrong...conclusion your math sucks ;->

  • Sure would be a shame if it turns out that those are the quality reject batteries that are damaging for your high-tech devices but have no real negative impact on something as simple as a lamp light or a led cluster light.

That looks like a 'no name brand' battery to me and its all about doing the cheapest job possible while still covering your backside in the legal sense.

  • quit stealing vids!

  • It doesn't work with all of 6V batteries. I tried it and what i've got was 4 big batteries...

  • i hacked a 9v and got 6 quadruple A batteries which can fit in any electronic that takes triple a batteries.

  • One way you can see this is fake: the AAs don't have a plastic covering. Since alkaline AAs have the outer case connected to the negative terminal (the negative terminal *is* the case), that would cause a stack like that to short out completely.

9V batteries are sometimes constructed out of 6 AAAA-like cells[1], and you will see that they always have individual plastic wrapped around the cells.

[1] And sometimes they're constructed of a stack of 6 rectangular flat cells.

  • I don't want to argue with anyone, because this could definitely work.. typically it's the POSITIVE terminal that's common to the case on AA cells (the ones shown have a clear sleeve); and a series of four banks of eight paralleled cells gives the correct output voltage, but what amazes me is all these people who seemed interested in cracking open batteries.. the guy in this video looked like a hazard to himself.

AAs THAT pricey? Why not use rechargeables?

    Way better for the environment..

  • it is true you just have to get the right brand of 6v.

  • dude fuck the brand the voltages dont add up, 1.5x32= 48v not 6

  • it depends whether they're hooked in series or parallel, you can't just add the voltage of the batteries up to come to a conclusion

  • that's true, but still though, it would be more efficient to have larger capacitors, because with smaller abtteries in the bigger one, you have little spaces that could be used for placement of the energy storing substance, the volume, you can add up :D
