i would like to try the IF routine suggested by leangains but hav an issue. since im still in college my mum wont allow me to leave the house without breakfast (typical breakfast is the most important meal of the day BS). so i was wondering if i could keep my fast from 7am, train from 5.30pm-6:30pm and eat in a 5 hour window (6:30 till 11:30) . would that be ok?
I think there are two different types of people. For one person IF is the way to go if you find yourself starving the more you eat but when you don't eat your not hungry, Then IF is for you. If your the kind of person who feels really full when you eat 8 times a day and you just feel really well with that. Then your not the type of person IF is made for. But the good news is I believe people are one or the other. So with a little observation you can tell whats correct for you quickly.

and athletic fitness is clean, though no one need to do drugs on this level anyhow, their bodyweight is maxed to certain specters, none of them requiring roids
