  • ok,..the lean gains website,..it feels like he's not sharing any USEFULL information. My personal goal is fat loss and muscle definition,..it feels like ALL he's saying is,.."IM FIT, YO ARE NOT" and "Everything you believe is a lie"..i read some of the articles,..there are only FEW usefull ones,..if anybody can point in a better direction or help me on the site, Hit my inbox.   • i would like to try the IF routine suggested by leangains but hav an issue. since im still in college my mum wont allow me to leave the house without breakfast (typical breakfast is the most important meal of the day BS). so i was wondering if i could keep my fast from 7am, train from 5.30pm-6:30pm and eat in a 5 hour window (6:30 till 11:30) . would that be ok?

  • I think there are two different types of people. For one person IF is the way to go if you find yourself starving the more you eat but when you don't eat your not hungry, Then IF is for you. If your the kind of person who feels really full when you eat 8 times a day and you just feel really well with that. Then your not the type of person IF is made for. But the good news is I believe people are one or the other. So with a little observation you can tell whats correct for you quickly.

  • I started using the "Leangains" diet myself with a slight modification. I work out about 10-12 hours a week and I'm restricting my calorie intake to 1800-2000 per day.

    I'm 6'5" and 315 pounds... Yeah, I'm fucking fat.

    Probably 28 kilos. if I'm correct that about equals to 60 lbs per dumbell.

    the ones in the end i would say 43~45kg each which is around 100 lb

    He's quite short, so you would probably not be able to build that body clean on all bodies.
