No wonder I was just diagnosed with Emphysyma at age 42. I had been smoking cigarettes for 5 years but did not inhale(Literally) as I smoked them like cigars! I have always choked my ass of if I actually inhailed tobacco smoke and now I have COPD or Emphysema!
