  • 2:02 - Hey... this sounds like...

    /watch?feature=player_detailpage&list=PL228C2EB83D8CC93C&v=b8dgYWszs70#t=17s

  • It must be beautiful to see stars in that all-surround monitor... why don't put their guns down and enjoy the view! lol

  • where's the epic part :/ ?¿

  • di any one notice the music almost relates to star wars.

i heard escape from cloud city start at 2:00

  • whoa nice quality

  • Dude this quality is sick. Subbed.

  • Anyone else notice that majority of the scores in F91 are Star Wars played with different notes or backwards?

  • 1:14 Vader Face LOL!

  • I remember the dramatic faces everywhere scene at 2:30 always made me laugh as a kid. Its so...dramatic.

  • I see no Zakus, boy! No Zakus!

  • @Dave175 in the beginning of the movie you can see one Zaku II with Magella Cannon into the museum, and Seabook can evade the death running away using a trasformable GMtank (never seen in any Gundam series)

  • just look at that macross level missile massacre. just look at those beautiful dispersal of particle weaponary via drawn means. so clean, so realistic, so futuristic... way better than that 00 fantasy crap. man. the future is bright.

  • @kevinlei92

i like how there is a trail of particles after a beam rifle has been fired

  • @RIEKSONE

yea they don't do cool shit like that anymore. It was so badass back then. the sound effects too... now days its... um... yea..i rather not think about it.

  • the skills of a pilot exceed the power of the mobile suit- char. Meaning a mobile suit from like 45 years before uc 123 (f91) could still lose

  • @brolykill545

Skill certainly plays a part in Mecha battles (real ones, not super) but fighting in a 4 decade outdated MS would get you killed no matter how skilled you are. Most if not all of the Gundam protagonist have relied on the sheer technological superiority of their Gundam MS to win battles.

  • @Omegamegamanzx You also need to factor in the insane odds that the some(def not everyone) of the gundam protagonists faced. Amuro Ray is a great example in this instance. He definitely had the most technologically advanced mobile suit at the time, but he also was up against ridiculously unfavorable odds. He basically won the war for the federation single-handedly.

  • @FangNthunder to add your point , back in 0079 he started dueling char with indeed technological advantage (gundam VS zaku ll) , but in latter series the advantage went vice versa , (same ol' gundam vs zeong).

  • is that a starwars theme playing at 2:09?

  • This must have been fucking AMAZING in theaters.

  • NOW THAT ONE STARFOX 64 LEVEL MAKES SENSE!

  • F91 should have been an OVA series instead. More development and the animation would still remain just as good.

  • Comment removed

  • Anyone know where you can find an hd quality version of this movie that is english dubbed? (Someone please say yes, I want to see if this movie is any good.)

  • lol english dub.

  • captions make this hilarious haha

  • the qaulity almost hurts my eyes haha im so used to craptastic pixel vision, great upload!

  • the animation es sick!

  • That music sounds almost exactly like the music that plays when Rogue Squadron is looking for Han and Luke on Hoth.

  • I felt angry after watching this because it could've been such an awesome series... I had so many questions after this movie. I don't wanna read the novel, I WANNA WATCH IT!!!

  • i felt sorry for that baby lol

  • 0:55 Why does he say Hentai?

  • @NilChoudhury he did say it, but its not what you think

from what i understand(i know very little jap) it means something like "fleet fomation"

think as its very close pronouse but totally diffrent meaning.

  • i'm enjoying Gundam Age so far but their next project needs to be a OVA of this or they need to try and turn it into a full series again and from there we can get Crossbone Gundam which is so freaking awesome

  • @Xinathor agreed...we want anime crossbone gundam already damn it

  • @Xinathor To be honest, Gundam Age is just sad to watch :(. The people look like Digimon characters, it was clearly aimed at selling toys to tweens and not the real Gundam fans that want to see a Crossbone or F91 series. Sunrise and Bandai just want to make loads of cash while alienating the long suffering Gundam fans... Right now, Unicorn is my only ray of hope... Mr Tomino... Sigh...

  • @Earthen80 I've thought the last two episodes of AGE were pretty good

  • @MegaloSaro Well I'm sure there it's gonna be entertaining at times ( I found SEED entertaining occasionally *puke*). But still, I would much rather see a Crossbone Gundam series than the alternate universe ones. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed Gundam 00, Turn A Gundam and Gundam Wing

  • @Earthen80 the characters do look somewhat digimonish but i decided to give it a chance rather than thinking about all the bad junk that kept coming up so far the story in it is pretty epic but yes Unicorn is so so freaking awesome i'm a big U.C. fan i love Zeta Gundam best series out of them all in my opinion

  • SUPERB ANIMATION

    ANIME DIED IN 90s

NOW IS A BUNCH OF FUCKING GAY BULLSHIT

  • @EarthquakeMachine you just need to show some effort and fine the less popular yet well thought out things

  • @EarthquakeMachine -AINT TAHAT THE TRUTH !!!....NOW IT'S STUPID CRAP LIKE INUYASHA, ON-PIECE(UGGHH...!)....I THINK WAR ANIME(GUNDAM , VOTOMS, ROBOTECH...)HAS GONE OUTTA STYLE...AND THAT MY ANIME BROTHERS, IS A CRYIN', DAMN SHAME...

  • @EarthquakeMachine oy! Watch gundam unicorn and dare to say that again >=)

  • I hear star wars music. lol

  • F-91 would have been so cool as a tv series or a 13 episode ova. The movie was good, but rushed.

  • @dalmain77 Here's some Info. Gundam F91 was supposed to by a successor to Mobile Suite Gundam, a big relaunch of the U.C. timeline. However production problems killed the series before it even aired. So they compiled what they had into a movie.

  • @dalmain77 It was suppose to be a full 50 episodes

  • @dalmain77 originally it was supposed to be a full series apparently, but was cancelled halfway through production or something and what they had was quickly rehashed as a movie. hence that parts of it felt rushed. i still enjoyed it though :D

  • @dalmain77 it only became the movie because around episode 13 half the crew working on it quit (if i remember correctly)

  • @dalmain77

tomino has said reworking zz gundam and gundam f91 are not

    out of the question

  • @RIEKSONE

I would love if he did just that. I think Gundam fans would love that.

  • @RIEKSONE Except he totally decanonized ZZ with the Zeta Gundam movie ending.

  • @DocSane

that is problem for him to figure out

  • @dalmain77 Crossbone Gundam OVAs needs to be done

  • @dalmain77 agreed with ya that's one of the problems about it

  • what's up with the lack of subs?

  • @likemy translation. ALRIGHTY GUYS WERE GONNA BLOW DAT THING UP. BOOM. BLAH BLAH, ATTACK LIKE THIS EVEN THOUGHT YOUR ALL GONNA GET BLOWN UP. (laser thingy sounds) WHEE.. YO DO THIS, DO THAT. LIGHTSABERS. CRUD MY FLOWERS. OMG WERE GONNA DIE. (insert emotional speech here). your welcome :3

  • Shouldn't the Feds at least have Carl Gustavs, Ankushas, and Jestas by now?

  • @sighsgkj budget cuts man...efing budget cuts. EF is pretty shit right now.

  • Gorgeous, hand-drawn animation! The Japanese really are tops when it comes to things like this! Story looks familar....where have I seen this before?

  • Dat 1080P

    UNF!

  • better add some disclaimer/note on your video before you get "Copyright content matched" or copyright claim filed against your account..

    I already got 2 warning... x_x

    , 3rd mean account termination..

  • you think you can upload the full movie in hd quality with eng. sub???

    we'd greatly appreciate it

  • Good suit design, but shitty animation

  • @Berniemole96 What? The animation is great here. Unless you mean character design or something subjective like that.

  • @Berniemole96

serious this is good ass shit

  • @Berniemole96 There is some weird stuff going on like the right guys face at 1:31. But overall it's okay, I think. Can you point out where you see bad animation?

  • 90年代のアニメでもいける!

    Blu-ray綺麗だわ。

  • So... where is epic scene? or do we have that different tastes, using dummy balloons are not my definition of EPIC.

  • @kaisermetal epic with flag projected by beam? XD

  • the epic scene is when the F91 takes down a couple XBone Vanguard suits :P

  • The only word I understand was "hentai" 0:54

  • who puts a baby in a pilot suit?

  • @strelokyas There is no Stark Jegan in F91. There is only the A-type, B-type, and the Normal type. However, yes, the Stark Jegan IS awesome for a grunt unit.

  • Gotta love the Star Wars sound track rip-off @ 2:02

  • @SwiftbeatProductions Was that song in the movies? I don't remember it. But I do remember it being in a Star Wars game on the N64 and that game came out after this anime.

  • @WildSeven0079 Its not confirmed but yeah F-91 "Borrowed" some tunes from Starwars. namely a lot from Empire Strikes back. which were used in Shadow's of the Empire the N64 game your thinking of

  • @donkeykong75m the song is called Hyperspace

  • @donkeykong75m No, not shadows, the 5th movie in particular.

  • @commentmutant I said it was from the Emprie strikes back in the comment. ther person i was replying to mentioned shadows of the empire, of which that games soundtrack is taken from the Empire strikes back

  • @SwiftbeatProductions Nice! So I'm not the only one who caught that

  • @Eyeofnelms This, coming from a Gundam fan too lol...

  • those are some odd looking zakus. even though i watched the movie i never paid attention to what they were actually called

  • DAMN !! the quality is just WOW! for a 20 yr old anime movie

  • My ears, they bleed ecstasy.

  • Is just me or is there static when some of the characters talk?

  • WHAT IS THIS I CAN"T SEE PIXELS

  • The clarity is RIDICULOUS!

  • wow, epic quality indeed!! And about Stark Jegan, we know it has potentials for a badass performance if piloted by skilled veterans, even if mere grunts, as seen in Gundam Unicorn episode 1.

  • The Stark Jegan is a very flexible mobile suit, this is the reason why its use even after 20 years ^^

  • @strelokyas It's in use because the Federation stagnated and refused to build mobile suits at par with the Cosmo Babylonia.

  • @strelokyas Normal Jegans. The Stark Jegan is a specialized Jegan that only appears in Gundam Unicorn. Also, the Jegan is in use 30 years later because the Federation has not advanced it's military in anyway since Gundam Unicorn. In fact, it's devolved it, by not mass-producing in large numbers effective designs that were produced in Gundam Unicorn.

  • @strelokyas Yeah but it is overmatched by the smaller and much more high performance suits.

  • @strelokyas Where was there a Stark jegan? I only saw Jegans..

  • @strelokyas

Or, it's more like the EF sucks at budgeting, and can't develop anything better.

  • @strelokyas

Of course, by the late point in its career its horribly outmatched!

  • @strelokyas the new GMs

  • lol, the Federation is still using the Jegan. Although it's not at all unusual if you compare it to the real life military. The US Air Force is still using aircraft from as far back as the 50s, such as the F-4 Phantom II. It's still strikes me as funny since they made the changeover from the GM to the Jegan in a span of a little over ten years while this series takes place thirty years after Char's Counterattack, which was when they were first shown and they are still using them here.

  • @NexAngelus405

'Cept the F-4 isn't from the 50s, and it's been decommisioned for years now.

  • @TomDracoRyu Wikipedia lists the F-4's first flight as being on May 27, 1958. It was first introduced into the US armed forces on December 30, 1960 and the article lists its status as "active as of 2010" so it is still in use.

  • @NexAngelus405 wikipedia is the worst place to get that sort of information. If in use you mean as practice drones for missile and gun targets then yes, but other than that no. It was replaced by the F-14, which was decommissioned a few years back. Why would the US keep a fighter inferior to its replacement in active service if they had retired the replacement?

  • Epic scene and EPIC QUALITY !

    thanks to you
