    Thank you!

  • haha no wonder I had such a hard time cutting it...I didn't know you were supposed to microwave it first and I was cutting and peeling it with a butcher knife....oh well ya live and ya learn :-p

  • Lol I'm a bit worried. Is there anyway I can go wrong with this?

I'm not familiar with butternut squash. I have this stuff in the oven and I hope it turns out great. I don't have the all the ingred. you have...so I sectioned it off in 3 parts. Part 1: coriander, part 2: parsley flakes, part 3: celery flakes.

I so want this to turn out great because it was a pain in the but trying to peel that thing lol.

  • It's 0 points for any serving size? Wow, I am SO making these tomorrow!! Thanks for the video!

  • @fingerpaintsmile Well here in Ireland its no points so maybe double check for the US. They are yummy!! :-)

  • genius idea!

  • @sazzle182 Delicious aswell!

  • @jwacqui i will definately be trying it, I also like doing aubergine under the grill for 0 points :)

  • @sazzle182 I've never had aubergine! What's it like?

  • @jwacqui it's difficult to describe, it's soft but bitter in a good way, it's brilliant just cut up, bunged into the pan and into anything, or I like to mash it with a wee bit of low fat natural greek yogurt and a bit of tabasco. Also incredible stuffed and grilled. I'm making myself hungry now... not good at this time of night haha

  • thanks for the tips, i'm always confused the few times i've tried to tackle those bad boys.

  • @silyrabbit68 Yeah a few people have asked about them and it can be quite confusing the explain so just thought I'd show!! ;-)
