I love this movie! I actually first saw it in my health class because we were learning about emotions and how people are driven by them. (in the movie james is driven to support his family with a broken wrist etc)

fish102005, time passes and the hand heals. I really don't see whats stupid. It usually only takes 6-8 weeks for something like a broken hand to heal. Like 2 months. Completely reasonable withing the time frame of the movie.
