  • Strong triceps now, arthritis in 20 years from now. Sacrifice some weight and intensity for a stricter tecnique, youll get lower results over a short period of time but youll last longer and probably get better results in the long run. but thats one hell of tri-strength right there

  • While it's not your perfect tricep extension, it certainly isn't a military press. It's something, it's a lot of weight for that movement, and it's impressive.
