No Alex. There is an entirely different way to use fuel that is not simply ignored, it is denied and forcibly so; with laws. It is basically the end user technology. I was in New York City the other day, and right across the street from Madison Square Garden is a counter of all the greenhouse gases in the atmosphere in the middle of a big billboard promoting the idea that they are warming the planet (basically promoting the idea of global warming in general). I looked below it and found out that Bank of America has one of their banks right below the billboard and probably allowed it to be put there. There is no way that is a coincidence, and it says a lot.

No Alex. There is an entirely different way to use fuel that is not simply ignored, it is denied and forcibly so; with laws. It is basically the end user technology. The one that we use is centrally controlled and purposfully designed to throw away heat energy. We don't really know why exactly other than it is illegal to use energy well. or without buying it and being forced to throw most of it away because power enforced "bad usage" of fuel to power out tech.

We can't really assume that our religious mythologies are true outside of our commonly enforced belief systems. It's the collective or popular belief that will prevail. The way that energy from fuel is used is designed to be extremely wasteful.
