Why does Robotech homos continue to use "Macross" footage and label it as Robotech without giving credit to Macross? I guess Robocrap fans are similar to their cult leader Harmony Gold/Robotech.......Steal another producers idea and claim it as their own.....
Awesome video! I watched this cartoon faithfully as a little girl. I tried to look this up on Amazon but there were so many titles for Robotech. Will you please share with me the name of this particular Robotech? Thank you.
@itsjoycamp The majority of this video is comprise from the Movie, "Macross: Do You remember Love." The reason you were unable to find this video is because it is NOT Robotech. Macross is the original, while Robotech is the watered-down bastard child of Macross.
I'd highly recommend getting a copy of Macross: DYRL. Trust me, you won't regret it.

The reason why Minmay was "portrayed more fairly there" is because "Do You Remember Love" is a MACROSS movie not a robocrap one. And since roboshit is a ripoff of 3 anime TV series including the ORIGINAL Macross (Super Dimension Macross), the beautiful personality of Minmay was toned down for the kids. robotech is show for kids while MACROSS is a show for mature people. Plain and simple.
P.S. : It's Hikaru Ichijyo in the original Macross not Rick Hunter.

I watched DYRL for the first time shortly after Macross F came out. I was amazed at how much less of a spoiled little jerk Minmei was.
