  • HESSSSSS this woman is so amazing!!! I Love and Adore you Mona!!! You got it...

This is real oriental dance not more!

  • alguem sabe o nome dessa musica???

Que tipo de comentário fazer sobre uma deusa????

linda...perfeita...e o que mais amo em sua dança...não precisa de malabares....

que seu caminho sempre esteja repleto de brilho!

  • I love this performance by Mona!!

  • wooof!

  • Isn't it a FABulous change from so many dancers that want to put everything in that they know, at top speed and on every inch of the stage? Not so different from Soheyr, in that way...

  • completely agree with you.

  • I always say that Mona Saeed is a "minimalist" dancer. She has a way of building suspense and then WHAMO! so sensual and dynamic. A very good lesson in "less is more"

  • Very Good! I liked that qoute hehe

  • i wish there was are more mona al saeed compilation DVDs out there.

  • I really love this video..this song and this bellt dancer!!!!

    It's a show!!

  • She is a queen.

  • Stunning cane performance!

  • If you look closley you will see Reda Darwish playing Bongos in the back ground. One of my fave videos.

  • I think one of the 5enkesh brothers was her bongo player. Bongo means 7ashish in Egyptian, but either way, are you sure it's Reda Darwish?

  • Yes, as confirmed by Morocco of NY who knows more thatn I could ever. I know his music as though I were born with it and I know his style. If you look at his photo and look at the bongo player there is NO doubt.

  • The other Mona clip that bellybunny (shukran for this!) has posted is a piece of the other performance I mentioned - actually, it's all of that performance (including a saudi segment) EXCEPT for the part to Kariat el Fingan!

  • This is one of two performances by Mona El Saaid (several variations for spelling) on a TV variety show produced by Fifi Abdou in the early 1980s. The other performance is to Kariat el Fingan (the fortune teller); it was my first introduction to Mona and was (and still is, in some ways) the most mind blowing and wonderful work I had ever seen.

  • This particular show is also a VERY conservative production. All of the dancers (including Fifi) were dressed to the throat.

  • MONA IS ONE OF THE BEST EVER

  • Mona is an icon of Egyptian feminity and spice! I will always adore her.

  • i love her

  • Mona Said is an amazing woman! I took a class from her in Cairo and she has such a strong presence, she is amazing. Even when she is just standing there she demurely demands attention! I'm so glad to find her on youtube.

  • how can i find out more about this dancer?

  • monah for ever!

  • very nice

  • powerful dancer!! lovely
