I've seen people raise their Great Pyrenees dogs with the sheep, to become good livestock guardian dogs. But this is the first time I've seen a sheep think he's a dog! I've had bottle-fed lambs on my farm that are quite sweet and personable... I love it that you are taking it a step further and training Jack! Do be careful with "roll over" though... he could get a stomach torsion that can be deadly. Keep making updates of Jack if you would -- I'd love to see how his training is coming along!
