i think it was like a relative on the phone, and she kept telling the girl that its okay, not to cry, and how pretty the earrings were (: the girl's mom (the one holding the phone), or at least what i'm assuming is the mom kept laughing and saying that she was already crying haha.

its not painful the more you think about it then you think it will be painful but it actually isnt i got mine done last October and it didnt hurt a bit :)
