the CEL is on because there's something wrong, on the left display it says "avaria sistema" which is italian for something like "system failure", or "epic fail" depending on how bad the problem is. :D

my guess is that water and oil temperature are too low for the "race" settings, or too low in general, check the left display at 0:08.
