He goes to a Hassidic school they all have that hair cut.

He is foresure playing live. I know the song and play keyboard myself. There are a few very slight clues that show he is playing it. He mad a small mistake in the beginning of the song. (went up a note) He also is not in keeping tempo perfect. If it were pre-recorded it would be 100% perfect.
