You know why do haters gotta be hating. It was my first shark filleting. Bleeding the shark is way better. Something you can do to bleed them if your in shore is cut off the tail and taker out the guts. When done bleeding put on ice over night and it files out a lot better. Also back straps are tasty.

yah when its this fresh you can never go wrong! just a lil salt n pepper and your ready to roll. fry it up in a little butter. the shark stomach gives it that little extra zing.
