yes Ive heard the good ones. honestly you get what you pay for. the quality is not bad at all but compared to a high end unit it is less than equal. also the only equalizer setting you can tune are treble and bass. i have a newer kenwood excelon head unit and the stuff you can tune in is ridiculous. go with a better one i you can afford it i would say the sq is comparable to any other walmart stereo.
@DjayJohn Resolution: that one has a resolution with 800(RGB) x 480 Pixels and a brightness of400 nits according to pyle. they say mine has Resolution: 2400x480 Pixels/ Brightness: 500nits. so yeah that makes no sense since that one is hd and mines not but it may have to do with the (rgb) red green blue matrixor somthin. still its a good unit if im right that one is double din and has bluetooth capabilities.i paid 150 for mine.

it always is out but it tilts up nicely ,thats how you put in discs. it has usb on the front,aux on the front and memorycard on the side of the screen. it has inputs for video and reverse cameras,and outputs for subs,video to other monitors and speakers. screen IS DETACHABLE,the headunit itself behind the screen looks so cheap and dull that nobody would even to steal it. i am actuall selling mine in a few weeks because it does not have navigation. screen died so i sent it back full warranty

the movie quality is impressive for this price range. I zoom in a little thought cause it plays in widescreen.has detachable screen and it motorized.all in all I love it.

the brake wire is like a unfinished connection. it needs to be grounded. I hooked mine up to the negative wire. Plays DVDs any time. Hope this helped
