That's a broken propeller from an ultralight airplane that crashed next to our high school. A young friend of mine found it on the soccer field the next day.
Gee, I'm sorry I popped up when you were looking for videos of nine year old girls—sounds like you're an expert at it! Hope I didn't make you lose your...uh..."mood".
honestly, whenever i think of this song, i think of your voice and your guitar, its amazing and beautiful and it could never have been done better just becuase of the authenticity and the pure talent
...at 01:18, when you started that swing and singing, I felt like taking my guitar (not worthy mention the model, nothing fancy) or the harmonica (Toots Thielemans Mellow Tone)) and do something...one of my favourite songs...thanks, GibsonAndVega, for the beautiful gift...take care :o)
You should have done that, and made a video of it! I'd love to hear a harmonica solo on this! Toots is the bomb--I might do a video of Bluesette if I can get my whistling together enough.
I'm shopping for software so I can do multitrack recordings and put bass on my guitar vids. There's a USB mixer I can order through the store that comes with Cubase, which I've heard good reviews of.
sonar is an amazing package, m audio products rock too, get the audio buddy with a fast track and put a guitar lead between the two. rode mics are nice as well, the nt1-a is awesome =D

I have looked at the M Audio stuff. Unfortunately, the store I worked for closed last week, so now that I have no "day job" income and have to pay retail, I won't be buying anything like that soon.
That's a Vega E202. I'm not sure what year, but my guess is 1949. The original pickups were gone when I found it, so I've installed a D'Armond floating pickup and a Fishman bridge pickup.
Really nice - I tried that song in a similar arrangement a while back - my fingers just weren't up to the task - Another one I work on from time to time is 'Over the Rainbow' but same problem - need more skill than I have (lol) THanks
don't get mad man, I think he was just giving constructive criticism, I also think your intro was choppy, but you are still pretty great, and I am sure the other guy thinks the same.
You call it "choppy", I call it "a piacere". That's okay. I'm not mad, I'm just amused that merseygroup would offer instructions as if I played it that way by accident. In the words of Pee Wee Herman: "I MEANT to do that!"
Sorry, I just made this up in my head, so there isn't any sheet music. I have little skill with written music, so writing out something this complex would be a major project for me.
Love your voice man. :)
