I hate psychometric testing. Companies who have created these tests with answers to choose from such as: strongly disagree, disagree, neutral, agree, strongly agree, for every question are destroying the interviewing process for employees who are QUALIFIED APPLICANTS! Every 10 questions, the 1st question is repeated differently, but if you answer this reposted question differently than the 1st time asked, u lose points, lose too many points and you could lose the interview which proves nothing.

I loved the free calculator! My company manufactures them. So, I usually get them for free anyway.
