  • Didn't look like u were really going anywhere but that's proly cuz I'm looking through a camera..I hope

  • @jizzie1234 , yeah it was the camera. I had to let off at 120km/h (75MPH) because of the car in front of me.

  • how high were u revving that engine?

  • @classicrockonly Didnt go past redline. cant remember the exact rpm as it was years ago and I have gone through quite a few cars.

  • @1WLDBRD ok =p sounded like u were gettin it up way up there. probly the camera that was makin it sound like u were ruining the engine lol

  • @WLDBRD thanks! lol cuz im looking to getting a turbosmart one lol and haveing it dumped to the atmosphere is better and sounds awsome lol

  • what external wastegate do you have:) lol

  • @xeg6x I cant remember off hand as I sold the car along time ago, but I am pretty sure it was a turbosmart one, that was dumped to the atmsphere. (I know it should have been ran back into the exhaust, but I didnt do the swap and didnt get around to fixing it properly before selling it)

  • @123keithley Huh? fack dude, go back to school and learn how to spell. I THINK you are trying to say, "whats wrong with it?" and the answer to that is nothing at all....

  • I have one of these for sale, anyone want it?

  • @Nich0las24 I would buy it if it was mint and stock, but you are in the states

  • @Nich0las24 how much you want for it and do you have a vid of it

  • Nice. I've had 2 TC's . My first was a black 1988 model. My second was a grey 1987 model. Both were 5-speeds. Best cars I ever had. Stupendously fast and handled great with the suspension in firm mode.

  • Sweet Turbo Coupe bro!! What suspension are you using? seems pretty tight.

  • @f1620mm

It was lowered with stock 2000 Mustang GT springs, and adjustable struts and shocks. Handled pretty good. and wasnt actually that rough.

  • roll them ammonia hols up lmao

  • Its getting a little windy in the backseat here lol

  • @TurboStang351

    lol smart ass. :D

  • roll the winders up dammit lmfaoo jk

  • bro seriously can you some footage of your legwork please dude i would really appreciate it bro

  • seriously? you want to see my feet? got a fetish do ya? LOL

  • i hope your not running 19psi from the stock IHI turbo, their only suposed to be run at 18psi max and even that is pushing it, i run mine at 17psi

  • it had a holset on it and I accedentily hit 30psi with it once.....

  • oh wow lol, mine ended up blowing the motor because the last owner blew the original engine and put a 2.3 non turbo in it with the turbo from the stock turbo coupe motor. aka non forged internals go BOOM!

  • my 2.5 notch loves 35 :)

  • i went 22 lmfao didnt do much tho

  • DUDE!...do something about your intake and exhaust...you can hear that car gasping for air when the turbo spools up....my brother had the same problem with the 87 turbo coupe he had

  • The exhaust was 3" from front to back... it wasnt gasping for air... Well maybe as it was inhaling through the stock VAM...

  • sounds like the wastegate opening up to me.

  • what modds? and how did you tune it?

  • I cant remember all the mods now, car has been sold along time ago... Shortly after I posted this video. It had an HX35 Holset, 3" exhaust, Volvo intercooler, huge blow off valve, and a manual boost controller set at 19lbs. forget what the fuel was set at....

  • is there any place to get parts for these old thunderbirds i got a 1985 and i love the car but parts are a real problem to find

  • did you just run over a dog in the beginning?

  • @JTmagicman24 AHAHAHHAHAHAHAH

  • roll up the windows dumbass

  • Thanks einstien, I will remember that next time I make a video just for you.....

  • lol

  • Now Now Everyone, Calm down, he's used to having to have the windows up in his Ricer due to the ridiculous sound of his fart can.

    I know it's embarrassing

t1cketking, we all know, BUT, it's not our fault you have bad taste in cars.

  • hahaha, that first part is pretty funny btw, but I like these cars. My dad used to have an 88 turbo coupe and I loved it.

  • ok, well my question is, why be nasty with your presentation?

  • Because why would you film a video with your windows down? You know when you get up to speed it's going to effect the video lol, it's just common sense.

  • although you may want to think that there MAY be that possibility that the open windows would help the viewer hear the motor.......not all vehicles have audible motors with the windows closed.

  • lol, unless this is a Ford GT with the motor in the back, there's no way. Just tape it to the dash if you want to hear the motor.

  • because it was the middle of summer and a hot day and I was sweating.... forgot that the wind would affect the sound...

  • same here we still have are 87 t-bird turbo coupe still runs we added two extra gauges even thou it does have a fuel gov on the computer so it cuts fuel off at 149 150

  • roll up the windows bro!

  • got to love the ford power steering pumps eh!

  • nice car, my turbo blew and im thinking of putting a holset hx35 on mine but dont have the $ right now. might have to go with a rebuild.

  • whats that noise when you get ready to switch gears? that scratching type noise? and not the wind hitting the camera

  • You mean the wastegate opening?

  • Naw, I think it sounds like a bit like a rattly exhaust component somewhere as the R's come up.

  • i believe its the turbo

  • whered you get your audio head unit at

  • Man I can't wait to get mines back on the road, great ride keep this car

  • Thanks guys. It is an '88 and has a Holset, Volvo FMIC, ranger roller cam, and a bunch of other stuff done to it.

it also has a full 3" magnaflow exhaust from front to back,

  • if that iz a 1988or 1987 turbo coupe they came with the ranger roller cam..cuz otherwise u waisted ur money.

  • No 2.3 turbo car ever came from the factory with a roller cam. They were all sliders.

  • no the 1987 and 1988's came with the ranger roller cam

  • No.

    They did not.

  • Comment removed

  • I have both an 87 and 88. I have had both the engines apart. They did not come with a ranger roller cam from the factory.

The RR is a good cam on the cheap but there are better if your willing to pay for it.

  • what year is this turbocoupe? i have a 1986 turbo coupe the thunderbird.

  • Looks like it moves along. What kind of Exhaust are you running?
