these pictures didn't need to be made over. try practicing with high resolution images of people who don't have makeup on and who aren't celebrities. Famous people don't let a picture into publication without it being touched up so most of the images of famous people have already gone through photo shop, plus they already have make up.

you're getting the hang of it but i would suggest starting with average people who don't have make up on and go from there.

Haha all you do is change the lighting... learn how to use selections, Quick Mask mode, the Clone Stamp tool, the Patch tool, the Liquify Filter, the various Transform options, curves etc. Then they could be good haha
