drugs like ritalin and adderal are quite strong stimulant and they should not become available over-the-counter. They're also addictive(probbly much more than your regular 8 cups of coffee you drink everyday).

@wKoMoon yeah, but maybe doctor's visits should be much much cheaper so we wouldn't have to go spend hella money for it

Chronic insomnia is one of the things Provigil is prescribed for, actually. To treat the daytime fatigue.
